Yeah I think the market is pretty much dead, though if they put popular series in stores it might do ok. It's been many years since I've seen anime merch at like Walmart.

The metallic shiny seems pretty cool, but normally a shiny figure is super plasticy and fake looking.

How does everyone feel about the POP series being infected by exclusives? I still have mixed feelings about. I like that it stayed away from them for so long.

Companies do that all the time in America when it came to figures. There's store exclusives, online exclusives, and convention exclusives. Convention exclusives generally tend to be the worst, because they're so very awesome yet aren't enough for everyone.

Boo to exclusives. Getting POPs is hard enough. Tacky shiny ones aren't my bag so it's not that important to me, but if Boa comes out with a snake and non-snake version i will be pissed.

I agree with you, however exceptional can POPs be, I don't want to have doubles of the same figures. That's why I only got the Neo versions when available and that's why I won't ever get any single POP limited edition.
But if Megahouse do give us the choice between Hancock with her snake or not, I will take the snake version :)

I agree, the snake looks abit corky but i would love Boa to be with the snake, and maybe as option, removable. For those who cant stand the snake.
