In response to your feelings about Garp, I agree I hope he doesn't, however I think most of the "Fruitless badasses" will be reserved for Shanks Crew. The only people we've been introduced to that really strike me to have one is Lucky Roux, and Rockstar.

Why Lucky? Always pictured him as being much stronger than his un-extraordinary design would tell us. Like he could take Jozu or Jinbei in a melee battle with nothing but his natural physical strength. His eating could be a hint but it really wasn't with Bonney. Unless you consider aging peolpe to be affecting their matabolism which is affected by food intake. I could see him shrinking or growing at will.
Hoping Garp is just the toughest human melee fighter able to take fishman, giants, cyborgs, Zoans, and people like Joz in close combat with nothing but his fists.

For some reason I just picture Lucky to have a speed-based Devil's Fruit, something about the fat guy being the fastest just strikes me as Oda. Idk it's just something I thought about early on and kinda stuck with it in my mind, he could just as easily not have one.

I don't see Garp havin any DF ability. He just looks like he is all natural power & fightin skill…and i reckon its the same with Sengoku..who probably fights with haki..kinda like fatso Sentamaru

As for Kuma, it's been explained he doesn't teleport, he uses his Pad powers to "push" himself to a destination. Being that he's a cyborg, I'm sure he can calculate exact distance/trajectory and provide the exact amount of force needed. Kizaru literally moves at the speed of light.

Because even though this is Shonen and physics are typically out the window, the proof that Kuma doesn't move at the speed of light comes from the way he "relocated" the Strawhats. If his power worked at FTL, they would instantly be at their destinations. Instead, it takes 3 full 24 hour periods (day/night) for him to "punt" a person to their landing point. That said, we know for a fact that because Kizaru is a light logia, he literally moves at the speed of light. Kuma just moves really, really fast.

They can't just take out a majority of the weaker pirates in an instant, because those fodder pirates are being protected by people like Whitebeard or Marco.
Also; The Admirals are at Marineford specifically to defend Ace, not attack the pirates. The question is, why?
It's also possible that the Marines are using this conflict to test the PXs in their finished formes.

Sentomarou isn't really trustworthy. It wasn't even shown that luffy fly for 3 days.

Well we don’t know how he beat Ace he could have used hid DF power. His clash with shanks he could have enhanced his Bisento with his DF powers and as magneticmonkey said it looks like he used his DF powers to take out those marines. but yeah stopping Akainu‘s attack was pretty dam impressive

Luffy is always stretching, what's your point? I can count the number of times Luffy has shown his strength without relying on his DF on one hand probably, and he's had a ton more panel time.
Let's not forget that Whitebeard took a sword through the stomach and shrugged it off.

That's impossible. Luffy IS his Devil Fruit. He is a rubber man. He's not like, say, Robin or Galdino. He can't stop being Rubber. Even in the Bellamy fight, he was "using" his fruit. You COULD, however, say that he wasn't stretching at the time.

i imagine he doesn't, but either way we still have mihawk, jimbei, and shanks. (from guessing) i woudl say that is some badass people. and in my opinion the less people without devil fruits that are badass the better. makes them seem even more awesome.
i mean out of the thousands of amazing pirates, they all needed fruits, yet these guys managed to become insane without. and can't wait until some of our strawhats get to that level devilfruitless.

I mean if you are a pirate or anybody who has got strong by training without a devil fruit age becomes a huge factor in strength later on while a devil fruit user can rely on his powers due to some of them being external like Ace and Smoker. The question is now is devil fruit extremely detrimental to your ability to be the strongest pirate. I mean Garp still strong and in good shape compared to whitebeard and they have been active for the same period of time .

Only in a crisis situation (such as this war) does he ever have to step up and act. For smaller affairs, it's the Captains and the Commodores and below that handle it.

Garp was also busy trying to capture the likes of Roger and Shirohige will taking some downtime to raise his grandsons Ace and Luffy but he still dealt with pirates and criminals .

Beating someone where you don't really need to sweat hardly counts as puting his life on the line for the crew. I'm not saying he doesn't fight at all. But you can't expect him to have constant fights everyday because you can't expect emperors to have a war every week.
