Everyone is usally a part of the discussion of everything and people usually volunteer to work on each thing. For example, I think Cinder is the main skin person now but I dunno. The tourney is some of the mods' deal (ubiq I think, bedfart), but you guys would probbaly know more about that than me. I occasionally vote and that's all.
