I dunno, Dorry a giant. An awesome giant. Who also is in the middle of an epic, never-yielding 100 year fight over basically a piece of meat. And pride. He's got my respect for that.
Killer, on the other hand, has that mysterious thing going for him. He is also the only non-captain Supernova other than Zoro. This officially makes him the Zoro of the Kidd Pirates, which implies his badassery.

One of them was going to win, one was going to lose and the stats are a bit odd as a result. Also the Ben Beckman/Paulie tie is akward. Don't know what you can do about that though and its just a minor detail.

Come on, Vivi and Carue are not strawhats! They were just temporary companions. If you add Vivi and Carue, you need to add Yosaku, Jonny, Ace, Camie, Hatchi, Pappag etc. - where does it end?
Regarding Bon-chan - I don't see how him not being a strawhat makes him any less awesome. There are many non-strawhats who are greater than some of the strawhats IMO.
Being a strawhat is not some accolade for greatness, it's just a belonging to a particular group.

They are not listed as Strawhat members in the databook and in just about any official One Piece informational database. Honorary members is not the same as actual members.
Besides, all the Strawhat pirates have long-term goals related to One Piece in one way or another (except Usopp maybe, but his case was already addressed). Vivi's goal was always local and specific - to save her country. The Strawhats simply helped her. She never intended to travel the seas with them and become a member of their crew.
So yeah, I know you made this statistic, but keep it simple - stick to official strawhats.

But either Smoker or Croc is okay to me. And after the last chapter, Bon's is okay too!!

Heh, age is all in how you feel. And I've been told I look younger than I actually am. Just glad that I can grow facial hair to reduce how often I get carded for stuff.
And still on the fence about Whitebeard vs. Kaku. I liked Kaku during Water 7 and was really thrown for a loop when his true motive was revealed, but he was still enjoyable. And Whitebeard is great, but mainly based on reputation and upcoming potential in the story.
