i'm pretty sure he doesn't even read his own manga until it comes out and then, 2 weeks ago, when he read how puni kakashi died he just had to revive him and revive all the others, thus making the whole arc pointless except for the fact that nagato died, in order to give kakashi a little more fitting death in the future where we get to see his face instead of his fathers (even when they look exactly the same…)

He knows that just saying that he will bring perace to the world or i will be hokage won't change anhything.
Except Naruto saying "I will be hokage" in and of itself, DID change everything. That one catchphrase got Pain to re-evauate his entire outlook on life, believe fully in Naruto's abilities, and undo the damage he had done. And, by undoing everything, Naruto learned nothing, for he (and the readers) can now rest safely and assuredly, that nothing bad can happen to any of the cast anymore, uness they're a crappy character no one cares about, like Asuma. It was already bad when Choji, Neji and Gaara all survived surefire deaths in the past, but now its really clear that no one will ever be in real danger again.
Pain pushed naruto to the limits and even caused him to give in to the 9 tails.
I already commented on this, but you seemed confused, so I'll explain it again. It was Hinata's love that drove Naruto to his berserker mode. Pain had already nuked the village, "killed" Juraiya and Kakashi and Pa Toad (and countless innocent vicilians) and basically destroyed everything Naruto cared about, but Naruto remained calm and just kept kicking his ass in sage mode, and was in COMPLETE control of the battle the entire time. Hinata says "I love you" and within a page, Naruto loses all his ability, competance and control and lets loose the demon fox. Clearly, its all Hinata's fault Naruto nearly went full fox demon, and her saying "I love you" was the true trigger of his rage, NOT anything Pain did. Naruto was going wide eyed into shock the moment she said it.
If Hinata HADN'T said that, and Pain had then impaled her, Naruto probably would have just stayed in sage mode and kicked his butt some more.
(But even Fox mode was cut short thanks to a 15 year dormat magic trick from his father that also managed to fully heal him and restore enough energy to return to sage mode. Apparently Naruto was NEVER in danger of going full 9 tails. EVER. Yaye, cop outs are fun!)
In short, love from a woman, and not from Sasuke, is the thing Naruto hates most in the world, to the point he's willing to give over control of himself to his inner fox demon to escape the very idea of a girl saying she has feelings for him. (Bear in mind the fox mode is berserker and could have easily killed the very girl that just confessed to him, so he certainley wasn't using the fox to PROTECT her.)
Its all right there, clearly on the page. I see no other possible inerpretation of that sequence. Naruto hates the idea of a girl loving him, because he only has eyes for Sasuke. Pure and simple.

Let me ask you (those complaining about Kishi not killing off all those who were supposedly dead) a question, and please don't hate me for making the comparison:
If you get mad that Kishi saves his characters, why doesn't it annoy you that Oda saves pretty much any character with a name and only a couple pages off appearence?
I actually am happy that Kakashi is still alive, him being my favorite character and all. And Robby Bevard, I liked Asuma and thought he was a great character…
Oh, and I enjoyed the ending, and cannot wait to see Sasuke's reaction to an already decimated Konoha.On another note, does anyone else feel like the series is close to ending? Sauke showing up now could mean the final battle between him and Naruto is at hand. Plus there's the fact that pretty much all of Akatsuki has been basically wiped out by a bunch of Twerps....

Having seen directly seen someone get killed in front of him, Naruto's emotions took over, as that was one more person he could've saved if he didn't suck.
The same can be said when Goku went Super Saiyan, Goku literally begged freiza to stop, and freiza killed krillin anyway with no hesitation. Goku's emotions took over, as that was one more person he could've saved if he didn't suck.
He only saw Hinata die. No one else, so your other points don't work either.

We still haven't seen the body. We've only been TOLD Jiraiya is dead. And even then there's copy fakes and clones and now miracle revivals in this series. If they find a body they can probably sacrifice a duck or something to bring him back.

Choji, Neji, Gaara, Choji's dad, Hinata, and now the entire village enmasse. Death don't mean what it used to. (And thats not counting Rock Lee's impossible miracle recovery, Orochimaru's 3 resurrection attempts so far, or the end of pretty much any Sasuke fight.)

about oda: i also hate that noone dies in one piece (like 90% of the fandom, i guess) but i'm not quite sure that pell won't have a comeback as the biggest warhero who saves the entire world by now, with all the comebacks of recent one piece. of course he is a fucking miserable and almost emo character who nobody cares about and who should have fullfilled his destiny by dying in that blast which should have killed hundreds of people back in arabasta, but to rise his reputation maybe oda will bring him back as an awakened zoan who is so badass that we'll forget his past in an instant :)

He's not really dead!" exactly like he's done here. Its exactly the same. Neji was dead from loss of blood and fatal wounds and again, had symbolism, but the decision was reversed at the end after he was "dead" for months.
It'll be exactly the same with Juraiya.

He gets the experiance and memory of every one of his clones, and thats just… how it works now. He's got a simulated 80 or 90 years of training in his 15 year old body at this point. It IS BS, but its a training regiment that existed een before this arc.

Juraiya has toad summons, creatures that are great underwater. He also just went out of Hermit mode, who knows what side effects that may have had. And hey, in the chapter I JUST linked to, Sasuke summons a giant snake to escape death, with no power left. WHy cant Jiraiya have done the same?

The author presented that as information, coming from Deidaras mouth and never did anything to counter until until after the scene was over. The author purposley mislead the readers with false information into thinking Sasuke couldn't escape, thus presenting false expectations for the outcome. Ditto for Choji, Neji, etc.
The author has on many occassions (and very blatantly on a large scale in the most recent chapter) presented a death scenario, left the scene, and then months later gone back and made it "not death." Until Juraiya's body is seen and there is a funeral, he can still be on the list of those "not officially dead, just likely dead". What about this do you fail to understand?

On a One Piece message board it does show something about your personality, however. And it shows your taste and judgement when it comes to storytelling and character development and plot twists. It does make you more of a Naruto fanboy, which can taint discussion, even subtly. Just telling you so you can be aware.

Can someone explain me what is the deal with the sharingan and its strongest form? It seems those who have the mangenkyo sharingan gain it by killing their closet friend (how does that make sense in the first place?), but to gain an even better version of the sharingan you have to somehow take your brother’s eyes and insert them somewhere. How do the new eyes fit when you have your own eyes in their place? It doesn’t work by taking your own eyes out and put the new ones because the design of the new sharingan is a conjunction of the two sharingans… It’s just retarded and doesn’t make any sense how some mangaka can come up with such confusing crap.

I think the way it's supposed to work is that if you overuse the Mangekyo you gradually start losing your eyesight, but if you implant a new set of eyes (forsaking your old, defective ones) from someone else with Sharingan, you'll be cured and never go blind again. Since Itachi was going after Sasuke's eyes during their fight, I'm not entirely sure if the other eyes need to have the Mangekyo for the eye-taker to keep the ability, but considering how he was also faking everything, who knows.

Nah, definitely author's choice. There's been horrific deplorable violence, killing and death in JUMP. not that VIOLENCE = AWESOME but it's been there.
The authors could go for it IF they could live with their poor poor guilty souls after showing a role model kill someone.

Well in Luffy's case, it's not like he cares whether his opponent dies or not. he just beats the crud out of him/her. Whether they survive or not, it's none of his business. It's not like he was having moral apprehensions when he smashed into Enel with a 10 ton golden ball.
I'm not talking about Luffy. I'm talking about the man who creates Luffy's actions and the results of them. This certainly isn't the fault of the 'character'…..

Well, I need to say, sometimes I would like to see Luffy kill someone, but that's just based on my personal taste of violence in manga. Luffy works pretty good with only beating the shit out of his enemies, It suits his simple character traits. It also would be stupid to see Luffy going on a killing spree, he was always portrayed as a good hearted person. His innocence is what makes him a 'good' character.
Same goes with Naruto. The only difference her is that he's annoying and unlikable. -

We didn't see Sasuke caught in the justsu. We only saw it comin. It's call a twist man. Watch The Dark knight and learn about plot twists man. Deidara was going nuts because the beast that is Sasuke was whipping his ass he guessed Sasuke didn't have any chakra after beat the living hell out of him. Sasuke was toying with him the whole fight i don't see why he would be out of chakra. If Sasuke was out of Chakra the Author would of made him say that in his mind like he does all the time. Sasuke was seen losing his eyesight, and he was bleeding from his eyes. Itachi wasn't lying. And also, Madara confirmed it as well.

On an aside, I always thought the Trunks killing Frieza bit was the true sign that the series was going down the drain. I mean Frieza was a major villain arc and his dad also had great potential to be an incredible villain. And for both of them to be reduced to nothing but canon fodder to showcase Trunk's (the new guy's) power. Lame-___-
