Manga-girl love is a very real and serious thing. Haven't any of you heard the tragic story of the mangaka who drew the perfect girl and fell in love with her? He became so obsessed with her that he cooped himself up in his house, barely eating or sleeping, and drew thousands of pictures of her. But since he could never touch her, he was overcome by loneliness and he took his own life.
Anyway, as some one already said, Nami is without a doubt the most physically attractive character in One Piece. That just seems so obvious. :wassat:

Well to be fair, the only similarity between them is the color and style of the hair and even that is stretching it as Hancock seems to have a more circular ridge at her forehead. The eyes, the nose, the cheek-bones, facial expressions etc. all seem different to me.

Hancock's beauty is CLEARLY based on the generic Japanese ideal of a physically perfect woman. If this were an American comic, she'd look like Barbie or Pam Anderson. That's more likely what he did with the character design.
Also, it's a children's comic from Japan.
