Since the next destination is Merman Island, the Strawhats will confront with Jinbei as one of the Shichibukai. Has anyone think before how does JInbei look? From the Arlong arc, Sanji has mention before that merman has a different level (i personally think is what kind of fish are they)..
Could Jinbei is a shark type merman.. i'm quite curious of how does Oda will draw Jinbei out.. Any suggestion from the fans? feel free to place your idea here..

Hmm. I pictured him as a really big blue guy with a Hatcahn-style head. He's going to be a whale shark (actual type of shark) fish-man. They are the largest species of shark, apparently.

My guess is that Arlong and Jinbei were nakama of roughly the same seniority back when the Gyojin pirates were bigtime. After he acquired Shichibukai status, Jinbei remained on the Grand Line while Arlong took off to East Blue with some of the Gyojin crew. So yeah, I think that Jinbei is probably much stronger than Arlong, especially since Arlong had been sitting around in luxury in Arlong Park for at least ten years while Jinbei was still on the Grand Line, getting much stronger.
And my guess is that's he's going to be an enormously large and powerful Fishman. Like, almost giant-size, but a Fishman. Arlong is probably my favorite villain in the entire series, so I'm really hoping to see my favorite sawshark fishman return for this upcoming arc.
Jimbei will be a cinch. Even if Arlong had gotten worse, Luffy has gotten alot better.
In my opinion, the only true inconvience of this arc is the fact that it's underwater.
I was under the impression that Arlong was a part of Jinbei's crew, which hinted that Jinbei would be much more powerful than Arlong.
And is there a manga equivalent of that shadowy image of Jinbei from the anime?

he might have spots like a whaleshark, and he might be able to shave the s**t out of luffy with his shark skin or when luffy punchs him, and he might be able to change his shape due to the fact that he mabe out of cartilige or something, and he will ride on a sea king instead of a boat, heck his home might be in the biggest sea king nest, and since he has whale in his name he might be able to sing high pich and blow up stuff. well thats my take on jinbei

All the shadowry images looked like Mihawk clones, but as we know from what we've seen… None of them are like those shadowry figures really, apart from Mihawk. You couldn't tell who was who even based on them.

Those aren't really helpful. So far the Shichibukai which has appeared, most don't fit into any of those shadows.

well i study computer programming too though i am in my first cemister but i like girls,parties,gym and one of my bests friend is morpheus (sleep for those who didn't get it!!)

arlong and his nakama were harmless fish in reality so i believe that jinbei and his nakama will be based on creatures that are the terror of the seas and inspiration on many myths cuz they will be pure powerhouses!!
(i know jinbei has split his crew but i believe he sent away his weak nakama and kept the other for other jobs like crocodile and the BW though they weren't his nakama)
