Is that 2 hit kill Soifon's shikai or bankai? I thought it was her shikai, but then she says something about "that being her strongest move."
Bleach Discussion Part 2
-
-
Probably her bankai. She wouldn't secretly tell Omeda to keep quiet about her strongest move if she had something better up her sleeve.
-
-
I thought something cooler would happen if soifon hit the enemy twice in the same spot. Like you'd get to see an artery explode inside of them and there eye's turn white falling dead but no instead a flower appears and poof there gone…lame
-
No, Suzumebachi's Shikai is the two-hit kill as a few people have said. With the way Soifon said this was her greatest attack, either she doesn't want to reveal what her Bankai is…or the Bankai improves something else and doesn't allow her to do the two-hit kill anymore.

It's possible that she still has a bankai move. Soi Fon needs something to pull out of her ass and explain during her next fight. Maybe her bankai is a 2 handed death strike. And since she hits you at the same time with both hands it's an instant one hit kill.

I did mention: she commented that as her "greatest attack" so far and could have something greater for Bankai…but just doesn't want to say what it is yet. That's just teasing at it's usual pace in shonen manga.
-
Well to all the idiots saying "LULZ SOI FON IS WEAK LEMME IGNORE DA CANON AND GO 4 A SHITTY TRADIN CARD GAMEZ BOOK 4 MEH IN4MATION" I hope you can muster up the brain power to actually take account of something in the manga rather then pissing around with DBZ power levels to see Soifon pwns and is at least the level of an average captain.
-
LOL. Kubo succeeds where he's strongest: his characters. Soi Fon is awesome as usual.
I'm a little sad Matsumoto isn't doing better against those three, but it looks like Momo will join the fray. Now we just pray she doesn't go to Aizen like a stupid lamb.

Because she beat some crappy fraccion? Well, whatever floats your boat. And honestly, can you ever say something without sounding angry?
Anyway, I was re-reading old chapters and I couldn't help but wonder if Gin was the actual mastermind behind this… I mean, think about it. This starts when he shows up as a kid, he's always got that evil grin on his face, and he seems content to let Aizen run the show while he sits as second-in-command. I wouldn't be surprised, honestly, if Aizen was just his tool (and propoganda agent). Momo suggested it a while back, and I wouldn't be surprised if she was right. Even the Hollowification experiments could have been his idea.
-
could it be that momo will be captain level and that really long ass coma has unlocked some power within her.a guy could dream cant he

They've put a huge emphasis on Momo being skilled with Kido, so I doubt her shikai is anything special. We'll see it eventually, though.
Personally, I'm hoping for Nanao to show her Shikai. According to the color walk, she keeps her sword in her sleeve. That should look cool drawing it out.

Well it's Bleach, it's not like it would be a surprise.

has anyone thought that the vizard has finally arrived and that could have been that miniture cero that the number 10 guy used against uraharra

Well it's not as crazy as my idea that Sasakibe is actually on Aizen's side and just keeps quiet to make himself look obedient to Yamamoto. (not saying he's more powerful, just that maybe he taught Aizen a lot of what he knows and is using him mutually to become the new Captain-Commander while Aizen "stands in heaven"). Of course, most of my theory is based on ridiculous coincidences: Sasakibe is blind (like Tousen, whom as we know is the only known character that is not affected by Kyoka Suigetsu…well it's more evident in the manga), drinks tea "in the Western manner" (as does Aizen) and, coincidentally, has a Shikai that ends with "-maru" (Gonryumaru, which I bring up because so far nearly every character who has that ending with their Zanpakuto own a Bankai such as "Zabimaru", "Hyourinmaru" and "Houzukimaru"…well OK, there is also "Hisagomaru" but that's Hanatarou so he doesn't count)
But it's so ridiculous that I'd crack up if Kubo actually did it.
-
I wouldn't be surprised if it was momo. Seriously I wouldn't be surprised.

My theory would fit your theory, too, since Gin's last name ends with -maru (Ichimaru). In fact, I had this theory about that because Ichigo - Ichimaru (The hero having 1 in his name, the main villain therefore having 1 in his name), because it reminded me of L and Light. L's real name, when romanized directly from Japanese, is Eru Roraito, and Light, of course, is Raito. Roughly translated, L's real name as it is romanized would be something like, "To get Light", So…
Yeah, it's a little crazy.

I came up with theories before but they allways never come true

Next week, Bleach has the cover and a spread~
Posted by spacecat at BA and translated by Danna:
As expected, it’s Hinamori
Gin wondered what was going on. Aizen replied “It’s harmless and worthless thing”
Halibel asked Hitsugaya who just noticed Hinamori’s appearance why his Reiatsu became disordered. He answered her that he doesn’t know even though he was wondering why Hinamori was here.
Back to Hinamori, Rangiku asked her if she’s ok. Then she told her not to worry because she attracted the symbol of a vice captain and came as a vice captain of the 5th divison, but she served as a member of the 5th division not as a sub-ordinate of Captain Aizen.
Hinamori also said that Aizen was now their enermy, but Rangiku couldn’t help being worried if she’s ok ‘cause she still called him “Captain Aizen”
Three of fraccions attacked them at the same time, but their movement was stopped. They shouted “What the hell??”
After this, it’s Hinamori’s talk show.
“I haven’t expected this? At first, I wondered how I can attack you with my Tobiume when you all are stronger than me.
I thought if I wanted to approach you quietly until my Tobiume’s attack range, I had to cover my Kidou, appearance and Reiatsu to approach you closer.
So, I laid out Kidou’s net around Rangiku-san as I became disappeared. I can’t believe three of you will fall into my trap at the same time."
Lastly, by Tobiume and Kidou’s net, the area was exploded. Then, next week.
Perhaps, they are still alive -
Hinamori also said that Aizen was now their enermy, but Rangiku couldn’t help being worried if she’s ok ‘cause she still called him “Captain Aizen”
This.
What the shit is shojo manga tripe doing in this series?
-
and someone thought this BLEACH spoiler about HINAMORI deserved its own thread
-
Yeah it was obvious: it was Momo. And with her "well I'm a lieutenant but he's still "Captain" Aizen" is just…disturbed. (and I sort of already can imagine next week's first page: it didn't work, at least one of Halibel's harpies released...but hey, I don't read Bleach seriously anyway.)
-
Gin wondered what was going on. Aizen replied “It’s harmless and worthless thing”.
Aizen is an evil man.
-

cracks knuckles What was that about shoujo?
-
Irony, the Shonen Jump issue I picked up today had her rambling about him. God, I felt for her at the end of Soul Society but she's starting to push my patience.
-

I assure you I was only making a shock-comment. Shojo comics have a lot of good to offer but, just like their shonen counterparts, when stereotypes bare their ugly fangs (especially where they don't belong) it induces:
insert generic facepalm image
-
that sounds lame

I suppose.
But that begs the question: Which is worse? Shonen stereotypes or shoujo stereotypes?
-
^ there both equally bad
-
yay… hinamori... and once again talking for like 15 pages.
Damn and i thought the pace for one piece for horrible at the moment, you think a manga about swords would be moving at lightning pace like rurouni kenshin but doesn't seem likely.
-
The chapter…yeah, it's Momo. All I really want is Nanao to appear to fight Sunsun but for the moment...yeah, Captain Aizen. :getlost:
-
Wow, remember when they started this arc and it was all about saving Orihime? Yea… what happened to that?
-

Basically Aizen was Admiral Ackbar and went "It's a trap!", yet still keeps Orihime in his palace with Cockroach boy.
-
I still can't believe people have expectations with this arc. As it stands, it's still in a last hurrah stage for some of the other characters who aren't captains, thus why Momo returned and why I still want Nanao to show up…personally I wouldn't mind if they got Ichigo/Ulquiorra over with but for the most point that fight will probably be dissapointing regardless of when it is. I still say just sit back and enjoy the insanity.
-
Yeah, Bleach is one series you can't take seriously. It reminded me of when I first read his previous work, Zombie Powder, and thought, "Seriously, is Gamma fighting a guy in a box? That makes no sense." Then I slapped myself.
Kubo is not a person that you read for it to make sense. You read it for the action and the epicness, and the lulz.
And the chapter was generic. I pretty much expected a "I'm masking my spiritual pressure so when I turn off the mask there's gonna be an aura circle shooting out from my body" line.
-
@Fire Fist:
Yeah, Bleach is one series you can't take seriously.
Seriously, what comic series can you take seriously?
These are nonetheless, cartoons.Aizen Souskue is still the man.

Bleach can never hold a candle to the epic masterpiece that is: Ruroken
-
…yeah, this is the first Bleach chapter in a very long time that I thought was meh.
Hinamori tried to be cool, but fails since I can't see her as anything but stupid fangirl.
Also, Aizen is pimptastic as always.

Well based on various attributes regarding the determination of ranks, some of it seems rather obvious. Many say that the rank is 8-weeks behind alongside editorial preference and 8 weeks back from this week's chapter…was Komamura and Po's punching contest. (by comparison, the week before when Bleach was #2 reflected fangirl fav Shuuhei defeating Findor...heck, most of those high ranks are from Shuuhei and Kira's fights) Personally I wish Bleach was in collapse but unfortunately this week was probably a blip.
At least next week at least one of Halibel's should be releasing so the pain will be over soon. (mostly since all that will be left is Lillinette and at this point she doesn't seem like she's fighting)
-
Yeah, soon we'll see the big boys throw down.
-
every chapter after SS has allways been dull and boring.
fix'd.
Seriously tho, Bleach has been going downhill for awhile now. I had to skim until Mayuri made an appearance and then skimmed the chapters again after I read "two hands".
-
Yeah, soon we'll see the big boys throw down.
You now damn well the minute that happens kubo is going to make us suffer through 9 chapters of ichigo vs. uliquiorra where it takes 4 pages to show a couple of guys swinging there swords and clashing before the chapter title shows up.
-

Haha, it's possible.
Or Kubo would take a one week chapter break before the heavy battles.
-
Or we could always get an irrelevant flashback. Always wanted to know what happened during the Quincy genocide. Surely it will be necessary to the on going story of… You know I can't recall why there is fighting. I suppose Bleach's story has always been lightly dangled over our head, but I've forgotten what the ultimate goal here is? Are they trying to gather the Dragonballs or something?
-
I seriously can't remember the last time kubo even took a break.
-
Are they still on Namek?
-
This post is deleted!
-
there allways on namek
