It looks great so far!

Alright, here is my merge for the seventh image. Not an amazing merge, but again it gets the point across. I fixed a few other things in the image, but point out anything that looks weird to you. Keep in mind these images aren't the best drawn in the first place, so some of the weird wasn't my fault. lol. Anyways:

I don't mean to be insulting or ungrateful… but what did you do to his ear? You gave him a dog ear. You said you've never seen Choppers ears before, but you have, they have always been outside his hat between his antlers and the ridge of said hat. They are kinda like a puppy dog tail.
-
I agree with Buu. You should've used the right ear to tell what the left looked like.
But all in all, good job! -
Still on the 40th Anniversary project, some months ago there was a set of posters drawn by Yusuke Murata (Eyeshield 21) showing every main character from SJ mangas so far (or almost).
Now, with the 2000 edition, a new set of posters was release, still by Murata, with villains/secondary characters:
http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/894949/Poster01.jpg.html - Shanks and Chopperman (CHOPPERMAN!!!)
http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/894950/0A.jpg.html - Buggy (lower half fighting a guy from Kinnikuman, the other half next to Zabuza), Nami, Robin, Usopp, Sanji, Zoro, Arlong and an elusive and majestic figure: Pandaman!Images taken from weeklyjump community at livejournal
EDIT: Just to add: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v514/indianamcemo/PosterCOMPLETEfirsttry.jpg
(the two boat posters merged together by flipthepage) -
lole at Arlong and the other fish guy and I see you, Pandaman (took me forever to find Nami)
Man, I have this super old issue of Shonen Jump from like … 1985, and I see a character on the back ship from it! Pretty cool.

Well. To be honest, I haven't ever been a real fan of Chopper. I mean I like him, but I never paid too much attention to the details of his design, so I actually never noticed that until after I posted the picture and was browsing around at images. I figured I would fix it when I do the next merge unless someone commented. "What" I did was mirror was was already there. Since almost the entire ear was cut out of both scans, all I was left with was a tiny portion of the left side of the ear, which I mirrored for both sides since I had nothing else to go on. Anyways. I edited the image. I'm not very good at drawing though, so I am not sure I can do much better.

You can't though. The other ear barely shows. Since I couldn't recall ever seeing his ears I just made it look like an ear for the time being. I figured someone would make a comment, and I could go from there.

PREDICTION! The green thing on the top right is someone's glove holding mysterious object #7.
Now I must leave before Chopper's snowman kills me with cuteness.

(the two boat posters merged together by flipthepage)WOW, this is cool, wonder if there will be another part because no sign of Chopper or Brooke…....and lol, I don't think that little kid is Nami, she not even holding her Clima-tact, some kind of stick thingy!
But thanks!
He drew Sakura and Bulma really well, I think the next female namakas should look something like they do!
-
crossbones
-

Edit: This one is going to be another tough one. His whole upper arm is cut off!
-
LOL, well that gives you two guesses as to who is to the right of sanji
-
Ok. Here is the merge for the 8th image:

legend, look at the army of mini choppers
-
From crossbones.
-
Wow wow that's Nami forsure this time, but really watch it's Robin or hell Vivi, ha, those damn shoes!!
-
I think Robin's about to join in on the fun.
-
She will be reading a book. I bet you.
-
Probably. But I also think she'll have a snowball as well.
-
Just two more weeks…..geez, has it already been a year??
-
Yeah, I can't keep up with time anymore.
-
Robin will be reading a book but her hana hana hands will be making a snowball. Her DF was made for snowball warfare…......
-
2 weeks? we've still got december, so isn't it 6 weeks left?
-
2 weeks? we've still got december, so isn't it 6 weeks left?
No, the Shonen Jump´s year begins in December (the first week I think).
#51 - November 17
#52 - November 24
#01 (2009) - December 1 -
Looks like Oda will use normal astronomical year.
-
Actually it may be 3 weeks: since there will be an issue for November 30th, this will probably be a year with an extra "issue 53"…so that means we may be getting three more side panels instead of 2...but who knows. Essentially the first issue of December is "issue 1" no matter what.
-
Now,as this is slowly drawing to a close I have to say-im disapointed.
In the begining,I thought it would show other characters.Because we see the SH's all the time on color spreads, theese just take longer to get.
Basicly, yeah,it just feels like four normal colorspreads by now.
-
All these colorspreads have been great. They're even better because they're finished before the season its representing even starts. I can't wait to put up the Winter colorspread just in time for December.
-
Stil-their kinda generic.
-
Meh. Sorry I am lagging on this merge. I have been really sick, so I just keep putting it off. lol.

Take your time. Don't push yourself for our sakes.

Take your time. Don't push yourself for our sakes.
Yeah make it look your best, not just good enough to show I'll wait at least for the greatness.
-
So let me get this straight. One of those columns is created every month?
Whether it is or isn't, this year has gone really fast.
I'M OLD! Okay, no I'm not…but I don't want life to pass me by.
-
Yeah nothing more sexy then the back of a Woman's head. I hope in the next picture we see a wrist, oh my, sorry about all that saltyness. Anyhow is someone going to make a chain of all the seasons? I can, but still I thought I'd ask.
-
The back of Nami's head is smexy.
-
Oh snap, Nami is bringing Sexy Back!
-
I wonder; is there a full sized scan of that somewhere…?
-
Yeah, he messed up. He didn't hotlink the full version.
-
Yeah, he messed up. He didn't hotlink the full version.
Well Crossbones' gallery doesn't have the latest scan, so I can only assume redon either got it from someone else this time around or scanned it himself. The image linked is the direct image from imageshack too, and not a thumbnail.
Anyways, I merged last weeks finally:
-
You still need to draw the line showing Zoro's cheek. It was on one of the pieces perfectly, I'm still not sure why you erased it.
-

You mean the reflective portion? I didn't erase it per se, probably just drew over it when I was merging the two. There wasn't a "line", so much as there was (I guess) light reflecting? I probably just took it for lightness in the scan itself. I suppose I can touch that up when I get the full size of this weeks. Hardly something to notice without knowing what you are looking for though.
-
No, I wasn't talking about the shading. There was a black line coming from the top of the corner of Zoro's mouth to slightly under his eye, indicating his cheek has been smushed by the snowball.

Ohh yeah. Makes sense. I thought it was just where the page was getting cut off from the scan. See, I am not very good at actual drawing, so I didn't notice that. Thanks. I will toss that in when I get the full scale of this week.
-
Pretty good! Thanks all of you!
