So started watching Terror of the Zygons and right in the first episode I can pinpoint why I like the Third Doctor more then the Fourth. Just as the Brigadier starts explaining about several oil rigs being pulverized for unknown reasons, the Doctor interrupts him and has a hissy fit that he only wanted to be called back for something important.
Mind you he does agree to help when the Brigadier says there are lives at stake, but I just can't but help thinking that the Third Doctor would have handled this conversation with a bit more dignity and a tad bit more empathy.
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
Finished Terror of the Zygons. A good serial. Nothing extraordinarily great or terrible (well apart from the effects on Nessie). The Zygons looked quite good and repulsive, and the organic look of their ship was a nice change of pace.
Though that's at least a second race of aliens in hiding on earth for several milenia in Britain ! Okay the Silurians weren't technically aliens but you get my point.
