Tends to be the first few letters of the name. So:

Luffy and Chopper would be LuCho

Nami and Kuro would be Nami/Kuro (mainly because not many people would pair them or immediatly think of Nami and Kuro if you put NaKu)

yup you got the hang of it. Some of them get a bit more complicated at times… like Crocodile x Luffy can be known as "scar shipping" or "gomuwani" (rubber crocodile) "mugiwani" (strawhat crocodile).

One of my favourite couples from OP has always been TashigiXZoro, but I also like ZoroXRobin (and FrankyXRobin.) There are actually pretty many people who could be with Zoro, like Perona, Nami and Hancock.

And for Luffy I think that the only bossible ones are Nami and Margaret.

There are also some random pairings, like NojikoXMarco that I used in one story. I´ve also used SaboXRobin in couple of stories.

But when we speak of Sanji, who should he be paired up with? Well, I´d say Inazuma! For some reason I just like the thought of SanjiXInazuma (a girl version of course.)

Do these pairings (especially the last one) sound fun? They won´t ever happen of course, but I like them. And I almost forgot ViviXAce,

In Nami's case, her tears are shown completely in the foreground. Besides, her words nail everything about Luffy's difficult ordeal. Once again, you don't need to be told that they are in love to figure that out. Sometimes, you just need sharp eyes.

It's funny because lately I've been loving CrocodileXRobin much more. I thought the sadist, masochist, transexual, lolita pic was hilarious (and it's new for me). I've seen the hourglass one but it gets me every time. So cute~~ And wow, I can't believe I've literally only just realized that the Japanese characters spell out "tsundere". I was always like "Tsun? In film making, Hancock in the background shows that she is insignificant, powerless and meaningless to the situation or what Luffy is feeling at the moment. Moreover, her words seem so superficial as well.

In Nami's case, her tears are shown completely in the foreground. Besides, her words nail everything about Luffy's difficult ordeal. Once again, you don't need to be told that they are in love to figure that out. Sometimes, you just need sharp eyes.

For fuck's sake. Nami and Luffy are not in love canonically. There is no romance in One Piece, and there will never be romance in One Piece aside from flashbacks about married couples, and maybe some very, very lightly implied things for secondary characters like Caimie's crush on Hatchan.

Luffy loves all his nakama equally. Nami isn't anybody particularly special - she just said what everybody else (except Zoro) was thinking. Furthermore, Hancock's crush on Luffy is just damn comedy relief and a plot device. Nobody has argued otherwise. You're looking way too much into things like these things, when Oda has already explicitly said NO ROMANCE.

Fantasize all you want and talk about it with your friends, but stop trying to argue that Nami is in love with Luffy when there has been absolutely NOTHING to suggest this.

My idea was "Hey, I'll try writing and make a lot of people happy in the process!" … and then I got landed with three AP classes (maybe it's just because of school in general actually). But damn me and my inability to describe settings. Why is it so hard to write detail and transitioning?! I have plenty of ideas, but I don't know HOW to get there! If I were only writing one-shots, I could share them, but they tie in with the one I started and all of the scenes I have in my head right now are at later points in the story.
