A friend of mine showed me this article.
Kinda funny coincidence, isn't it?

What…..the fuck?
He stole some whiskey. Nice Zoro, very nice.
… You've got to be kidding me. Did he think he was Zoro or something? Bizarrity in its ultimate perfection.
Some people are just idiots. This guy's one of those idiots.
Why the hell would he put the sword in his mouth? That hurts.
But I'd like to shake his hand.
rofl
Hilarious XD!

You talking to me or the guy in the news article?

The handle man!
I know, but that still puts a lot of strain on your teeth.
Wha…and he was growling the whole time he robbed the store? O_O
…the world is a strange and mysterious place.
No way! That is one weird robbery.

I bite.
I was talking about the idiot who held up the store. You're no idiot, Heritic.
Ahh, sorry for the misinterpreting.
The thing that strikes me as odd is that normallly, weird stuff like this gets connected to some form of media. Yet no mention of One Piece despite the fact that it's really friggin' OBVIOUS!
w0ah.
and they say comics are bad influence to little kids… look at what it did to adults?
That is too funny. Wow. Is it an amazing coincidence, or is OP going to gain a little noteriety for being a bad influence on pirate wannabes with wiskey cravings?

Now if only he had a sword in each hand as well…
lol Cosmic, exactly, he needs to wear a green bandana though… and be swingin' all three around wildly yelling Santoryu!!!
(By the way, has anyone here been completely insane like me and put three of those katana replicas (you know, real steal and all) and actually tried to do Santoryu? IT'S DAMN NEAR IMPOSSIBLE...and it'll get you kicked out of the Asian Antiquities store you end up breaking a mini buddha in)
Ha ha, wow, that's crazy. Maybe I watch too much One Piece since right after I read the part about a sword being clenched in his teeth, Zoro popped into mind. Then again, whenever I hear "Eye of the Tiger", I instantly think of that "Rocky's Back" video. @_@
That was FANTASTIC. Thank you
That's great. I saved that article.
It was great, all right. The only way it could be more One Piece inspired is if he wore a straw hat, punched his way in, and stole meat. :P
THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!!!!
Oh my god, that's awesome. XD
WTH?
Wow…I never thought someone would actually do somethin like this......
Haha, that's so surreal. I mean, realistically could you even attack someone with a sword in your mouth? I would think it would put massive strain on your neck, you'd have to train & condition yourself for years to even try it.
That IS bizarre. Funny that the guy who was robbed said that "He was like a pirate or something"
I do't know why I never made the connection before - pirates ded hold swords in their teeth! (Well, daggers, but still.) Hence the term "armed to the teeth"
…
He must be the descendant or ancestor of Zoro or something.
<_<

You could do it running, or you could slash as you turn your whole body, or you could stab in the opposite direction…...granted you have strong enough teeth to keep hold of the sword upon making contact with flesh.
I cant belive that crap its soooo stooped but i like it i should try it :P
Wow. What an ingenious robber! By holding his weapon in his mouth, his hands are free to loot! Granted, he's incapable of speech (excluding grunts and growls) and with his hands full he'll most likely be unable to harm anyone with his weapon, but that is a small price to pay for robbing a store, pirate style.
lets just say some people are…well some people definately belong in that happy place with those white padded walls......
And he instantly took a wrong turn during his getaway and drove straight into a pile of dirt? That's Zoro all right.
There are a lot of Chopper-copyrights committing crimes too. Ask anyone who lives near the woods - sometimes the deer wander into town and crash through picture windows in a search for big pink hats.
I was so amused by this, saw it on LJ from Rachel. Maaaan… this will seriously go down in OP history.

He can speak with his heart!
"He was like a pirate. If he had been wearing a patch and a hat on his head and a parrot, she (the clerk) would have thought he was a pirate," Hebert said.
Hmmm…like a pirate, they say? :d
Heh, this article is classic. saves it
That's the funniest thing I've heard all day.

i dont think train and conditioning is enough….
i tried tapping the wall with my sword in my mouth and it hurt like hell.
one of the teeth almost came loose. lets all not try to be zoro.

damn it i always wanted to be like zoro i even train! i carry stuff with my teeh to make them powerful.[no wonder they hurt me :P ]
This has to put in Arlongpark main page. The world needs to know.
"…walked behind the counter, grabbed a can of tobacco and a bottle of whiskey -- while continuing to growl -- and left without a word."
He steals something for Sanji, too. Do you think they draw sticks previously and the loser has to go rob the store?
omg, that's wicked.

My thoughts exactly, EGX. It is funny, though.
Thanx, that story made my day.
So, uh… what happened to this guy? Has he faced trial or anything? I hope he got off scot-free, he sounds like a real hero.
I know bumping old things are bad but damn this sounds funny and tight! But the news article is gone. ><
I was laughing my ass off after reading that article! It wouldn't surprise me if someone tried to rob a butcher shop dressed like Luffy next, or stealing some Coke as Franky. Think of the eyewitnesses for those ones. "It all happened so fast! Some kid dressed like a farmer comes in here and stole all our meat! As he was walking out, he said something about gum.".

Man this sounded like a really cool article! Can somebody send me it or paste it here?
Aw, the site is down! Anyone have another source?
