My day: Crappy

I had math, my calculator died, my group left me (because they thought I wasn't doing anything, even though I just left to GO TO THE BATHROOM @_@) and then I get 50/100 on the test and 20 of those points were taken away from for the STUPIDEST smallest reasons. I knew how to do them but I forgot to add a +- before the numbers. Then the teacher acts like I'm going to fail. I get pissed, seriously punch the wall hard, so hard that I cut open my finger. Then I get online to another board I USED to like going to, and found out I've been blocked from nearly ALL the topics….

And I can't go home yet to freaking DO the math...since I need a calculator and I don't have one.

Shitty day...a bad day for math....

My day was super thus far.

I separated with $340 for a pair of gold Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti earrings as a birthday present for my honey but boy did it feel great. I have barely enough cash to get around my student loans at this junction but doing something to make other people happy, especially the ones you love, is just a great feeling.

Now I'm gonna go work-out then have a jog and write a Bleach article for the magazine I write for. A fulfilling and happy sunny day!

Plus I can't deny it was pleasant to wake up and see a Spoiler Thread indicating the fun sure to come our way tomorrow!

This is a great idea for a thread.

My day was quite fun. Almost all of the eighth grade was at Islands of Adventure, so for the most part we just screwed around. Watched movies, helped my teachers pack for their moving (because of renovations). My friend and I played a game of One Piece phrases only scrabble. It was pretty fun. My afternoon was prettyy normal; video games, working out a bit, listening to the pillows, and wondering what noise giraffes make. Though I did go out to eat (to this exquisite Italian restaurant with the best angel hair I've ever had).

My day is so-so. I have a lot of homework to do, so Im under some pressure.

My classes got cancelled so I drank 40s and played Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and Last Blade 2 all day.

I applied for a bunch of jobs, and it looks like I might finally be getting a job.

Plus I got to talk on the phone with my girlfriend for about six hours or so…

So, all in all, a good day.

So lucky my eighth feild trip is the same place but were doing it on a no school day.

So my dad yesterday was alright i woke up and showered. Had a blast at school. I had gotten to just lay back and barly do any work in any of my classes and my teachers dont care. I came home and took a nap.

went to the town-center to run some arrends, and when i return, the new chapter is available. which always makes good things even better, and bad things seem not so bad.

Well….. Since it's aobut 7:50 A.M. here I'll tell you about my day.

I had Gym class today and we were playing some same with a tennis ball. I was goal keeping a kid I know has the ball walks up to me and heaves it at my..... Well I'll let you guys guess. But I was on the floor for about 5 minuite in a fetel position trying not to scream a racist comment at the top of my lungs. I continue the game and finished it. We won.

I finally got some stuff graded that I missed while I was out in Arizona for about a week. Plus being sick.... and I have some advice. If you ever feel REALLY bad... Like your gonna barf Try a glass of peppermint Schnapps (sp?) that works for a little bit. We had a sub in math class. he was teaching us stuff we already know so I just stared at him with my mind miles away out to sea. (You probably know where I'm going with that.)

I am officially a Freak of nature in my afternoon classes. It's because I can pull my hair back, and "Swirl" my lips. My friend dared me to show it to the teacher at the end of class. But I deneid. I have a sleepover planned tonight with two other people. We're going to spend all night Playing Grandbattle rush.

Plus Spring Break starts today for me.

I got to meet baseball legend biily pierece who played for the tigers and the white sox. It was so awesome. He gave a speech in my school and stuff. I even got an autograph it was awesome. Then i got home and read one piece! Yay!

Slept in till 1:30, fiddled around online, went to eat at Burger King, went to the computer lab for two hours and drew, came back and watched some South Park online, probably going to go home in a few minutes to do some laundry. An average type day. (except for the sleeping in till one. It's usually only 12 or 11:30)

Boring, I was in my room all day. Then crazy at the end. Some kids on campus are dying of alcohol poisoning, someone got stabed, and public safety with ambulances are all over the place. And I missed all of it! :mellow:

Today, my pet monkey woke me up and challenged me to a race to my fridge because cereal rocks. I beat him. When he caught up to me (20 minutes later, I live in a castle) I threw him a banana and he just did a little dance. After the dance, I got bored, so I ripped out his spine, but then the blood got on the carpet, so I got some midget off the streets to clean it up. As he was cleaning, the midget told me about how being a midget is tough, so I took my computer monitor and smashed it over his head. Without a monitor, I needed a new one. I whistled 3 times and I summoned my guitar dragon that I flew to the computer store. To land, I just took a shit on the dragon's face and he threw me off, but I landed on an old lady so everything was fine. To get my monitor, I took out my awesome handgun and robbed the store with my awesome plundering abilities. I figured that being robbed by me is such an honor, that I flashed my beautifully sculpted rectum into the manager's face, and had my injured midget carry it for me.

Then I got home, and registered to this site.

You know, reading everyone's posts...we all need lives here.

I woke up this morning and worked on getting my new PC up and running.
Ran into a few snaggs and took my cute little pc on the bus to the pc store.
The bus driver really liked my cute little case.
The guy at the PC store showed me the stupidity of my ways. PC guys are so smart.
He didn't charge me, but I have to make some flyers for his brother's buisness. Hey, great, cheep for me, and good practice with my design and pc skills.

Saw my roomie today. Asked when he got in last night. "oh, 8 in the morning" he said. gotta love animation students.

Roomate 2 and I were wondering what the green substance in a jar on the cupboard was. We found out it was broccolli soup. "Oh" (it was more scary before we knew what it was)

came home ate/napped. worked on my pc.

Waiting for my mom to call. She has a Dr's apointment today with the specialist in the city. She's having some technical dificulties. Hope all is ok.

Tomorrow, I'm gonna go to Square One (very big mall) and get a hair consultation, maybe cut my hair. I really suck at doing hair. can't even do a decent pony tail in my hair. Never was into dolls. I tried the long hair for a while...I can live without it.

For tonight, it's still downloading programs, and uploading stuff to my pc. What a chore.

i woke up at like 10:30 am, and i called my boss at Barking Lizards... still can't get ahold of him... it really sucks b/c i kinda don't have a job there at the moment, but i'm trying to talk with him about getting back on the schedule.... doesn't seem like its gonna happen...

played on the computer to keep myself awake before my roommate woke up finally and we left to get her laptop fixed and then to school.... i should have been doing work while i was there, but i felt like i just wasted time.... i was only there for like 2 hours and now here i am at home by myself.

i need to get a life. and get my damn priorities straight.

If I may make unsolicited advice:

-See if they will do withholding of taxes from the prize.

-Alternatively, look into making "estimated tax" payments to cover your expected tax liability on the prize money.

If you come out at the end of the year with a significant balance due on your taxes, you may end up owing an extra penalty for not having paid in appropriately through the year. I don't think it's usually huge, like a few percent of the tax due, but why should you pay them an extra 50 bucks if you don't have to?

Plus, paying in now avoids ending up in April 2007 finding you've squandered the prize and don't have $3000 or more to cough up.

good monday, because i started rewatching serial experiment lain and it made me have strange but interesting thoughts about the future of the human beings.

i also watched one piece movie 6 which was actually not that bad.

so, except for work, which was particularly shitty and boring, the day was cool.

My cold got worse.
The chicken salad I had for lunch was strange. It was really missing something, but wasn't awful or anything.
I actually got some work done at work which is kind of a miracle considering I'm still new and don't really have much in the way of assigned tasks just yet.
My throat and head hurt so I didn't work out after work like I had planned to.
My rabbit was happy to see me when I got home.
Mixed bag today, but having a smooshy bunny waiting for me at home improves things greatly.

I got my hair chopped. I haven't had bangs since gradee 5. it's quite a change, but everyone seems to like it so far. The boys at home here really liked it, so that made my day.

had a bit of a disapointment today. Just goes to proove everyone is different, and something that you think is no deal, can be a big deal to someone else.

Stopped off at one of my new jobs. The girl that's always sick was there. Someone who is sick a lot, you wonder if there is something wrong with them, but I try not to single out others and treat them differntly. I am a very light hearted person, and I like to playfully tease about things to find a silver lining.

I made a coment to the girl, something like" don't go getting sick now. Maybe it was a poor way to put it, but I was all good intentions. She wasn't happy that "I bring that up all the time that she is sick" (I didn't think I did, but sorry if I do) She's a new person to me the most I hear from her is her calling me to come in for her, cause she is sick. Maybe if I knew her favorite color, I'd comment on that.

So after I get a lecture about being insensitive, and apolagising, I hear her comment on how someone is a retard. Kind of Hypocritical. Maybe I have a family member who is mentally challenged. I do know some people with mentally challenged siblings who ARE quite offended when people use the word "retard" like that.

So I still feel really bad, cause I didn't want to uspet someone, I don't feel like what I did was all that bad. I'm always hungry, my friends call me hungrygirl. I think it's funny. I have a friend who is deaf in one ear. We call her little deaf girl. I'd say that's more insensitive, but we don't get overworked by those comments because we know we are teasing and it's all in fun.

So you like my rant….ah, well I feel better. I did happen to call my other job and pick up a shift, so that girl could have mine at our shared job. I didn't have to do that either. I was trying to be nice.

In other news, I keep having troubles uplaoding my AMV's from the backup DVD I have burned. I'm almost wondering if the DVD is corrupted, or maybe a whole DVD full of AMV's is too much for my new pc to handle?

Oh ya, and I got to watch House tonight. I never get to see house. I'm always working on Tuesday nights.

meh… its been a decent day... I figured out in Portfolio 2 that I have to redo my magazine spread that I worked so hard on 2 quarters ago in Port 1.... I was a bit upset, but I guess I understand why... its no big deal, I'll get over it. I also have to finish about 6 logos... 2 event posters... and I gotta work on my ad campaign... hopefully I'll just have to tweak the one I already did, since it took so damn long... (if anyone cares, I'll post up some of my graphic design work in my art thread...)

So yeah.. after class, I came to the print lab to hang with my buddy Liv and I whored out some of my mp3s to her, that was fun… she figured out how to rip audio from videos in Adobe Premiere... so that was how I got some songs that I've been wanting for a while.... good stuff

Oh and since we have a huge printer, I decided to print out some of those huge Colorwalk 3 scans, since they're actually bigger than the 18x24 paper I'm printing them on... I scaled them down of course, since i don't want to use up a lot of ink.... funny thing is, boss-lady doesn't know about it, she might kill me.... but if I have to, I'll pay for them, its no big deal. I've got like 3 so far.... omg they are BEAUTIFUL!!

I went to work after a four day vacation (boo) and had my review. At the end of my review I find out I get an 800 dollar raise (yay) And actually I first read it as 80 dollars. To me I was really excited about the 80, then I reread it and realized it was 800 not 80. Nearly wet myself. Yay for having a career job!

Though it did suck a little because the skirt for my Arabasta costume hates me. Seriously. My weekend was nearly ruined because of this skirt.

I don't care who I play, girl or guy. for me the important thing is the person LOOK like who they are cosplaying. It looks so wierd otherwise. Great example is that male Faye, from cowboy bebop I saw somewhere on here. He looks nothing like Faye. I don't care how good his costume is. gags

I have thought about Ed from FMA and Lina from Slayers. I'm short and small chested, so I think I fit those charicters better. I would have to wear a wig for both. I should play Jackie lol (looks to avatar)
