It's quite easy. First, you can upload the image to some place such as Imageshack. Then, you copy the link for the picture (the last highlightable link concerning the image). Finally, just go to "Edit Signature" on the toolbar (click on "Quick Links"), click on the icon with pictures of a mountain and insert the URL from the picture and you're done! PM me if you still don't know what to do.

As for your avvy, I'll give it an 8.5/10.

It's Morlun from the Spider man comics, and yes, the Sig is from Monty Python (Glad someone knows it!)
