Robin: Time Team(some of those shows might only air in UK so sorry if you don't get them)

Luffy- I'm sure he'd find Spongebob horrendously amusing.
Zoro- Rurouni Kenshin and Samurai Champloo, I think he'd like to see what we think of swordsman.
Nami- The Weather Channel, HSN, I can also see her watching The Daily Show.
Usopp- TLC and the Discovery Channel. Modern Marvels most definetly.
Sanji- Anything on the Food Network, the Lust Channel.
Chopper- Cartoons, Tom & Jerry, Spongebob, as well as Discovery Health so he can learn about our medicine.
Robin- Sitting in front of the TV watching the History Channel while writing notebook after notebook of notes on the history of our world.
Franky- OC Choppers, Miami Ink, Country Music Channel (don't ask) -
Luffy: Loony Toons. Or most Saturday morning cartoons, for that matter.
Nami: Weather channel.
Franky: Spike Television. Or possibly "Pimp my ride".
Vivi: Don't ask why, but I could always imagine her watching Lifetime and yelling at the tv.
Shuraiya (movie 4): Cowboy Bebop.
Arlong & crew: Spongebob. Yeah, Hatchi would probably be the only one who didn't get the joke (he sounds like Patrick in the dub).
Crocodile: Croc Hunter with Steve Irwin. "Ah ah ah ah. Worthless."
Mr. 2: One word: Bravo.

Yeah, Franky would be cool on Pimp My Ride. But I'd definetely watch Cops if Smoker was on it.
Rappin' Chopper:

Zoro: Just randomly flips though the channel.
Nami: Watching any gameshow like The price is right!

Robin: Even though I don't imagine her watching t.v very much I still think she would watch the History channel. Or even perhaps watch Lifetime movies.
Chopper: Probably cartoons. And Discovery health channel.
Vivi: I think Mtv.
And last: Sanji and Luffy both watching (of course) the Food channel. While Sanji cooks whatever is cooking on the channel; Luffy is just drooling over the food getting cooked. -
