I like Dragona making an effort to explain what they will do is "definitely not stealing" as if that was beneath them or something.

The tweet says it's Blu-ray, so it's the anime, not the manga.
I think the reason people are complaining about it is that it's literally just her promotional .png from years ago with the logo. There was zero effort involved in making that cover.

I can't imagine Dragona dying soon. Maybe towards the end of the story as the expected Jobro death but it won't be anytime soon.

I liked the fight and the enemy’s ability. But I’m starting to think Usagi might turn out to be a villain and the real reason he makes Dragona asks for things instead of doing it himself is because Matte Kudasai has some kind of interests system, so he is slowly creating a debt for Jodio’s group.

@access-timeco That's possible, but very much no bizarre and thus not Jojo enough.
So far Usagi has only been the biggest weirdo in a group of weirdos, which makes him the leader in the jobro (non biological) category of this part.

The fight was good, with even a little throwback to part one. Hope that the change of plans regarding the enemy doesn't kill the momentum gained with the last couple chapters. I'm enjoying part 9 a lot but it's been a year already and the big plot feels constantly just about to kick in...
I'm liking the gang till now, and Paco is the one I'm intrigued by the most. He seems to have some history behind him and while at first he didn't look much more than a quite literal muscle head he's been the most competent fighter so far and he's constantly laying out plans and strategies.
Smooth operators best stand so far. -
It's really nice to have a proper crew back together after two parts of duo-focused plots. I can't pick a favorite, I like them all!

It'll be interesting if this enemy joins the gang because he doesn't really feel like a Jobro. He feels very much like a typical early act villain. But he cleary knows what the Lava Rock is so he can probably give us some context that gets the story rolling.

I was afraid Jodio would go the Giorno route and lose his personality after a couple chapters, but so far so good.

On an unrelated note, I just found out that every chapter so far had its title changed in the tankobon.

You gotta love how the characters just have this accumulated knowledge regarding different types of Stand, as if they read the previous parts.
That said, really liked this chapter. So far, I'm digging Part 9 very much, thank you.

Yeah he gave me Jobin vibes too.
He's probably either the act 1 boss (a la Red Hot Chili Pepper, Risotto or Damo) or whatever Jobin was.
There's some similarity with Valentine's introduction, but I don't feel it right now.Meanwhile I really like the current enemy duo.
Agent Bobby Jean is cool.
