^Tooru wants to be a man, hence, refer as "him". Everyone (Haise) calls Tooru a "he". I initially though he was an extreme bishonen in chapter 1.
Nitpicking here, but when thinking about it, what would be the point in pointing out that Haise fights like Arima? From a narrative perspective, we've already seen that Arima could train his subordinates to fight with similar methods (love to learn more about that), and Arima giving battle advice to Haise, so we already could guess that.
And either these guys are clueless, or I would assume they might know that Arima contributed to the Quinckes invention(guessing here) and would probably have trained the CCG's much-"fanfare"d creation?
Also re-read Seidou's death scene. Totally should have seen that coming, it make perfect sense, and was foreshadowed right there, before as usual.
