Concerning Set Sail, I don't think having a turn limit is necessary. With the additional level requirements in place to prevent anyone from moving on too early, increasing the chances of rolling it should suffice.
Also, now that someone has it, I want to ask: How exactly does the second effect of the Zo Zo no Mi work?

I think tomorrow I will fiddle with the chances of rolling Set Sail and Devil Fruit. Of course, you guys can come up with your own Devil Fruits and their special abilities and I could add them to the list in the future! I think we might, maybe not soon, but eventually, do a hard reset and start the thread over from the beginning, so those Devil Fruits can have a place there.
Also, about the Zo Zo no Mi, I need to fix that. It should read: This character always gains 5 levels in PVP, weather you win or lose. It was one of those fruits where I left the number blank to fill in later, but totally forgot.
Anyway, I'm really happy that this thread is going so well. Much better than version 1, and I bet when this version is complete, the next one will be even better.

Lynn crossed her arms. "Must be pretty important info to be above a vice admiral. And I'm sure you're aware I can foresee quite a bit of the future if I want to."
The Cipher Pol agent blinked. If the man had a sense of humor, Lynn hadn't touched upon it.
She sighed. "Fine. Welcome aboard."
The man nodded, and walked onto the ship. Lynn watched him as he boarded. She wasn't very trustful of the World Government, even if she was under their command.
