I came up with this theory a long time ago (sans the Monet part). When Luffy discovers the truth, Oda will refuse to make it deeply emotional, so we will just have Luffy being completely okay with it. "SABO-CHAN~!" And then Sabo-chan for nakama.
I feellike Nami and usopp will beat the crap of CC, Namy will swirl the gaz around and Usopp catch it in a dial or something…
Now that you mention it there MUST be someone above Don Flamingo because Law seemed to suggest that after they captured Ceaser [[who seems to be working for Don]] their quest to War with a Yonko would move instantly.
This may be bigger than Don Flamingo ,it would perfectly explain how he has such a wide spectrum if he had a Yonko secretly backing him.

IS a yonkou, I'm guessing that's who Law is after, and those under Doflamingo who we've seen so far don't really fit in with the weirdness we saw from Baron Tamago, Pekoms, and those on Whole Cake Island.
Perhaps we'll be seeing something from Kaido!

Well with the introduction of Vergo we officially have confirmation that not all the powerful marines showed up at the war.
Also it seems there are multiple VA's at G-5 branch with Vergo being the leader.
Idk Vergo seems to be someone you normally wouldn't see in One Piece series and I like it.

About the chapter, I never realy felt like Doflamingo was some big mastermind plotter, but more like a free roaming force of chaos, so not sure about his getting involved with Ceaser and his experiment.

Really I thought that, the bellamy and slavery incident were shown to show that he has a lot of ties through the world of One Piece and controlling some underground force.
It makes sense that not all the powerful marines showed because they'd still have to guard a lot of places and if new world pirates found out that g-5 vice admirals were all gone they might just take out the base itself.
When we were first introduced to him back in Jaya, it was evident that he had some sort of plan. Every scene with him since then was mostly just reinforcing the same.
Here's hoping if we get a Doflamingo arc, Moria shows up in it.
I'm willing to bet that Franky uses his tiny hands and the toolbox in his arm to free himself and possibly Robin.

I'll be one of the first to admit it: I fangirled (and I'm a man) when Doflamingo was revealed to be Joker, some big-bad underworld broker who has his hands in everyone else's pie.

Aw…this chapter left me wanting more. The parent bit went on for too long, though it's clearly needed development, and having Usopp's group probably lose to Caesar that quick sucks. Still, with the group all heading into one location I guess things will really heat up soon.
I bet if anyone takes this Vergo guy down...assuming it's this arc...it's going to be Smoker. That'd be a fun sight.

This is just a small observation,
but I don't think it's a coincidence that Nami-in-Sanji first picks up her Clima Tact in the chapter where she is confronted by CC…
Yeah and with Usopp´s dials and plants, they might be able to defeat him :D I´d laugh so hard if they did :P
Great chapter, wasn´t surprised about the big reveal (although I did expect Joker to be a new character, to be honest ^^ - but probably only not to be too mainstream :P)! Luffy´s awfully relaxed, I kinda hate that about him now…but everything will turn out fine for him, like always...Just hope that he´s more careful next time!

Has anyone forgot about Chopper? I predict that either Chopper will still be in the prison cell with Law, and will grow large and break the prison. Or else Chopper is in the other room from earlier, he sees the pirate member CC experimented on in the previous chapter, he could then escape, now much stronger than he was. Maybe..
Also I can see the situation becoming a lot worse for the straw-hats, however I also see Kinemon saving their asses. I don't see why else he has become such a developed character.
Interesting to see this Vergo is the leader of G-5 but isn't on the Marines side, instead working for the Joker. And wow. Joker is Doflamingo…...not exactly far-fetched (seriously, the guy's always smiling maliciously), so I wonder the exact role Doflamingo will play this arc.
Loved how Luffy was amused that he and Smoker were stuck in a cage again. Although, he doesn't seem too concerned right now…..maybe he has some kind of plan? (lol)
