I wont because because of their size. 21cm is an irregular size to fit in my collection which is mostly GLM/GLC/GLS/GLL. Already have Boa Oucha Shichibukai, will get the Shirahoshi GLL but a GLL Perona would be nice, preferably with a pre time skip design too. :)

I prefer to wait for the Perona "Sailing Again" and I love my beautiful Hancock POP. Perona is a little weird but acceptable and I've seen better Hancock figures. Also IK figures are quite expensive and almost impossible to find in local shops.

Since I'm getting S-U-P-E-R excited about Wonder Fest with only 10 days to go (Although by now you would think I should know not to get my hopes up!) I thought I would see what everyone's POP wish lists are. I've created 6 categories. Happy posting:

I'm also excited about the wonderfest, but I don't have high hopes… Last year we got only Boa's wedding ver.... This is more of a wishlist in general

But following the categories:

Yeah 21 cm is closer to POP than GLM.
I think IK Shira is much better than GLL Shira so if I have to get one, would choose the IK but of course would see her price first.

Yes, in August.
Of the three IK girls, what I want most is Shirahoshi then maybe Perona. Boa sculpt isn't so good and not better than her POP version. She looks too slim here.
Perona SA could be better than this IK Perona too.

On Mandarake they would be sold out as soon as Mandarake put the stock up.
You can hunt them at YAJ but their prices won't be cheap.
To get IK is much more difficult than prize items. Since they are lottery prizes, basically the price would be based on market demand only, of how much people want for them. The supply is fixed. And unlike arcade prize items (GL series) where people could get them on minimal effort (like Maggie on her last Japan tour hehe), to get IK figure is purely based on luck.
Except you buy the whole lot for 50,000-60,000 JPY.

They are crazy about these three girls in Japan so I guess the price range would be around 6000-9000 JPY.
I wish to get them at around 4000-5000 JPY if possible.

Yeah I love this Shirahoshi expression more than her POP. There's one super limited crying face version too but she would be almost impossible to get.

As much as it would be nice to have a repainted version of Bellemere, I bought the original at a high price in the hope that she'd never get a reissue, so will be slighly gutted if she does. Great for those people who still need her though. Agree, Vivi desperately needs a redo. Not just a repaint, but a complete resculpt from head to two. I never liked her in that dancer outfit which is why she is still the only non-Mugiwara POP I still don't own.

I would never buy a figure just because of it's value or how much worth it could be in the future. One Piece should always be shared throughout and be cheap to obtain to begin with!!! ^^

I don't expect anything new from Megahouse. So if they pull off a surprise, I would be very happy.

Maybe a painted Kidd and Killer would satisfy me, but it's kinda pointless at this stage of the manga arc. For the few next chapters Oda might reveal a time skip version, so why bother releasing older ones? I would like them to be upgraded into Sailing Again version. And add a SA Law to it.

A painted Shilliew would make some members of this thread very happy though.

Sorry if what I said was misunderstood. What I meant is for me peronally, I would be upset having spent $230 on POP Bellemere, if I knew I could have waited another 6-12 months and acquired her for under $100. Obviously it's great for anyone who still needs her, and I also collect One Piece figures because I am a huge fan of Oda's work, not because of what they are worth.

Put it this way, if I didn't have to spend so much on the older NEO's I would have more money to spend on newer One Piece figures ;0) That's what I meant.

Got Shirahoshi POP yesterday - gosh, she's so cute ;w; Tons of thanks to Cyber who gave me his pre-order.
It's suprising how poor the paintjob on her tail is, but I don't really mind.
It's also very surprising to me that she's not cast-off'able at all. Maybe the fact that she's 16 prevented them from doing it?

from what i've seen at UK conventions most of the fakes don't have boxes, theres a few sellers with just loose figures and they tend to sell posters, bags, wallets wallscrolls etc,
I've seen sellers with fake nendoroids, one piece fc's so the best thing to do is look for the stickers on the boxes most offical figures from any company have stickers, like the toei sticker on one piece boxes.
Look for Neon Martian as everthing he sells is offical - he has quite a bit of One Piece stuff like POPs, stylings, phone straps and Grandline figures,
also UP1 might have some figures but they mainly sell dvds and manga.
New East Games is also another good seller,
but beware of Tokyotoys as they have a mix of real and fake stuff, i almost brought a chopper pop from them once but wasn't 100% sure if it was real it didn't have anytype of sticker not even any of the europe or american 1s they sometimes put on them, but they tend to be overpriced with the stuff anyway
but a lot of fake figures you can tell by looking at them the quality of them looks bad compared to real 1s

Hm, I feel like that boa IK isn't that great (Boa POP is better IMHO) and that Perona IK kind of creeps me out. I think Perona is one of those characters that you need to get just right or else her eyes change her face into something different entirely. >_<;;

As for a Bellemere re-release, I'd really, really like to think that Megahouse would keep at least a few figures from being re-released/repainted. It would be nice to have her accessible, but I think it's also nice that there's a few POP white whales out there, if you catch my drift. Personally, I know the last OP figures I'd ever sell (and this is if I was selling EVERYTHING) would be Neo Nami and Bellemere, so their 'values' never really come into my mind. My fondness for them has made me able to overlook that.

For what I'd like to see. It's the same as always: Buggy POP. XD

quick note about fake figures FinalBlink: if it's too good to be true, it probably is. If you have a lot of figures already, that's one of the best ways to tell if something is fake: you know what it should look like. If in doubt, throw it out.

Shirahoshi is actually a cast off but you'll have to spoil and destroy the whole top so you don't have to worry. And she's nipple-less. How do I know it? MFC.

also I got my Shirahoshi POP today, she's a cutie. definitely worth it! 2 of the 3 dimension of the box HLJ used are LITERALLY exactly the same as Shirahoshi's box, the last one is 4-5 cm longer. good job there HLJ. applause

Recieved my Shirahoshi 1/144th figure, she beautiful but alittle small for the price I paid about $95 total from mandarake. Her paint is perfect, a very nice scuplt and she comes with a smiling, a sad face and a very small Luffy figure. She also comes with an exclusive(I believe) clear file. The second picture is a size comparison with my GLL Nami. With Shira's base she would be the same height, she has weight to her and I like the gerth/thickness of the figure. I don't have my Shira POP yet to compare to. I'm happy with her, I just wish she came in a window box so i could display her inside. Too dusty in my place to display statues and figures outside the box. :/

Sure thing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hiromi, the proxy I've been using for over a year now and there's probably no one better than him. His fees are fair, he himself is a very nice person and he can pretty much get you anything if the needed information is provided from your side. Have fun if you try it out.

Age of consent in Japan is 14. 16 in the UK and pretty much everywhere in the world. 18 or 21 in US. But porny wise it's still 18+ in most parts of the world.
