Please, vote for Enel not just because of the awesome campaigns, but because he is such a powerful villain. Villains like Arlong, Mihawk, Crocodile, Lucci, Blackbeard and Akainu are great, but literally the only reason Enel didn't obliterate anything in his path with ease is because Luffy is made out of rubber. Hell, he didn't even really lose, because he was still able to fight Luffy even with the natural disadvantage and actually achieved his goal, while everyone else Luffy's defeated basically loses everything. And he's pretty much guaranteed to make a comeback, which will almost certainly be badass.
