Just like you would upload a regular avatar.

As long as you follow the rules (The maximum size of your custom image must be 150 by 150 pixels or 97.7 KB [whichever is smaller]), it should work just fine.

There's an option at the avatar selection where you can just give a link. Try that. The size of the gif is within the limits, so it should work.

That worked! thanks now I got a Hattori of the Kurogami avatar….now even the renagades of the govt (like Lucci & Jabra) are havign a temorary alliance. People think that Blackbeard or Lucci are the leaders of the new Kurogami Syndicate ... but its actually Hattori with afro power....
