I dunno, maybe it's just personal taste, but I really hated the first couple of pages and how badly they were drawn. It was like amateur face drawings..
I, like Captain Kuro also like John Romita Jr.'s art style, so I'm glad he's doing the series. I picked it up earlier and loved it. I love what's happening so far and where it's going. Can't remember when I was last excited about a comic storyline.
I, for one, didn't like World War Hulk. Too many unnecessary cameos, a whacked-out pacing, the Registered and Unregistered working together with seemingly no animosity, like they were buddies all over again, and art quality that seems awesome at one time, and trash at another. I like John Romita Jr.'s art, like the one he did for the Fallen Son: "Captain America" issue(I think it was issue 3). I don't know what went wrong here, but World War Hulk really dissapointed me. Also, the fact that there were 60 pages, and yet the content would have probably fit a 10-page one.
! Basically, Hulk is back, he kicked Black Bolt's ass, he is gonna kick the rest of your asses, obligatory Spider-man cameo, weird dialogue in the evacuation scenes, Hulkbuster Ironman, worthless Reed cameo, Ironman versus Hulk, one mad victorious Hulk at the end, and the Sentry.
That is 10 pages of content, right there.

Namor's mini is off to a good start, but it really seems bound to be overshadowed by Hulk's mini. WWH #1 definitely stole the show this week. Any one issue that can have JRjr and a lame registered/unregistered come together and still make me read it twice is gold.
War Journal was alright, but, well, just alright. Olivetti's art is losing its hold on me.
NA 31 was probably the best issue yet, but the suprise was a little stupid. Seriously, if it has anything to do with Daredevil, Captain America, or Mighty Avengers, I 'll be pissed.

I saw a trailer for it, the animation is different from the traditional Bruce Timm artstyle. It's closer to the comic books. It also takes on a much more serious tone.

Colors usually tend to ruin Bolland's art, no matter how good they are.

The Ghost Rider cover was awesome, but I flipped through the book for an excuse to pass it up, and I found it. Maybe when he actually confronts the Hulk I'll pick up #12. I also passed on Iron Man because of money and X-Men, like I have for the past 11 years.
Spider-Man was actually very good. Sucks that Joe Quesada is gonna put his ugly beefy art all over the comic. Regular month, Hulk was good and Moon Knight can't fucking win.

Yeah, that cover was such a huge fucking tease. I didn't flip through it enough, but the cover alone got me into it, since Hulk and the Rider are two of my favorite Marvel characters. This issue's encounter with Lucifer was pretty cool, but I could've done without the scene of him in the diner talking to himself. It could've been cooler, but it was rushed and executed pretty weakly.

that is going to be in issue 5 of Fallen son. It was a mini by Jeph Loeb and I believe it comes out thursday along with Thor, which I am thinking I might snag myself. I love Strazynski and well I am curious to see where they go with Thor. I can't wait to see the confrontation with him and Tony.
Coipel is a favorite, so I'm in, even if I don't read Thor comics and I think his new costume is weird. JMS has really been winning me over. Not easy for a guy who wrote Babylon 5 and raped Gwen Stacy's corpse.

The fact that the ANTI-MONITOR is one of the most powerful characters to ever be in the DCU makes me doubt this will end well for the GLC.
And they have Superboy-Prime, Cyborg Superman, Parallax and Sinestro himself. That's just fucking overkill.
The Sinestro Corps is really intriguing. I really love how instead of just another "Secret Society" they're actually a counterpart to the GLC, with their own oath, power source, and everything. Sinestro was always pretty awesome, in that kind of 1920's silent film villain kind of way.
Though, I have two grievances about the issue:
Superboy Prime is free. I would've rather have had his faggot ass sitting in that box from the rest of eternity.
My biggest fear since the "secret of 52" was revealed; everybody and their goddamn mother knows about the Multiverse existing, and there's going to be a bunch of parallel jerkoffs running all over the damn place.
Oh yeah, I finally looked at last month's Thunderbolts. It's really shitty that happened to Bullseye, especially when I was really starting to like his character. And he was crippled by AMERICAN EAGLE of all people. That's just spitting in his goddamn eye. Well, he's pretty much an icon so he'll probably be fixed up in a few months to a year.
Omega Flight still has that awesome potential. I like US Agent much more than I probably should.
Sub-Mariner… it was great to see him whoop Stark's ass, but I'm really concerned about where this series is going. Namor dying would really suck ass.

That would normally be kinda cool, but who the fuck is JASON STRONGBOW to be breaking Bullseye's neck? That was a frustrating scene. But I liked that Venom taught the other one a lesson. I guess they grew on me, I was rooting for Jack Flag at the time, but the last two issues I was hoping like hell all three of those punks would get dismembered and/or sodomized.
I wish the new Americop thing wasn't next week, a lot of titles look good and I missed buying anything this week.
