Luffy was Caimie friend and his behavior bore no hostile, so, it's likely that Shirley would check carefully before coming to conclusion. But we don't know how detailed she can see into the future, or if there's anyone that can disguise as Luffy, or Oda would overlook. So it's rather soon to conclude anything.
It's One Piece after all. So Luffy destroying Fishman Island would sound unbelievable. But that'd be an interesting plot twist if it happens. -

That can still happen but Oda better have a good explanation for it.So far we have seen only a dark silhouette of a man in a hat with short hair. We, the readers, use our experience to tell that it's Luffy. But is it him?

From just text spoilers I was assuming Shirley would be a wrinkled old mermaid lady. Colour me surprised with a ladyboner. She looked possessed on the last page.
The okama fishmen made me laugh the most, the names making them even better.

It could be Ven Decken - but I am thinking that because of his ability he would be able to immitate Luffy the most convincingly. At least the pretense of elasticity, and appearence.

Shirley...is it just me or does everyone like that name in mediums thanks to Ms. McClaine? (Shirley the Loon, the Shirley woman from Courage the Cowardly Dog...) Though...I fear for whatever she has to say with that ending somehow...though I sort of hope Luffy doesn't really lead to any real problems. Then again, a lot of weird stuff going on: most of the Fishmen Pirates being literal "red herrings", Caribou on the loose, more Okama, a bit more on Big Mom, Pappug's return...Oda delivered with his first chapter back.

I don't think the entire FI will end up being destroyed.I think she seemed genuinely freaked out, so I doubt she's lying. But I don't really see FI being totally destroyed. It'll probably get roughed up, though.
She's trying to stop this from happening, so it would seem that it is possible to change her predictions for the good.

Interesting ending. The island can be 'destroyed' in many ways, so it's not necessarily as bad thing as it sounds like. And there is many opponents yet to make their proper appearance: Vander Decken, leader of the new fishman pirates and of course Caribou. How couldn't Luffy cause some distraction?
