Saw this last night. The HFR wasn't bad, only different. And for the first time the 3D really worked and looked somewhat natural. And the movie is certainly unlike the book, but I can't decide if that's a bad or a good thing.

Smoker's DF can be considered as a steam logia. How would you even draw steam if not like Smoker's smoke?

2)The only two shown on fishman island were two okamas. And given that the NFP seem to be on a human genocide it doesn't seem odd that there are two human drawn figures that are close enough to see Neptune's Army? Especially since I"m assuming they weren't meant to be humans and were most likely supposed to be fishmen.

They do look like humans, but so did Kokoro. Why can't they be mermen who's tails have splitted? In fact I've been wondering why we haven't been shown merfolk walking at Fishman Island yet.

I've been wondering if they count every Tori Tori no Mi model as one, because if Marco's fruit is considered as Tori Tori (mythical of course), it already makes two of them. And I don't think that falcon and phoenix would be the only known bird DFs, so there should be easily more than five different flying DFs. But I don't know, maybe they just are that rare.

There were some spots that didn't get good cleaning in mangacurse's scan this week (which happens with any scanlator, as nobody's perfect). If you cross reference those spots with another group like mangastream, your concerns will probably be alleviated.

Nami looks pretty odd on page 11. Her eyes are too big.

Brook's new ability is interesting, but now I really wonder what would happen if Blackbeard touched his body. Robin's cloning ability is somewhat confusing, because before his body parts have sprouted from the surface of different things, but a whole body doesn't need to be attached on anything. And I'd like to see Robin creating her clone animated.

And is it just me or has the panels gotten bigger?

It seems that they're using the story of The Crab with the Golden Claws in the movie. It's good way to introduce Haddock (I hope they let him be drunk), but this probably means that professor Calculus really won't appear in the film.

It looks weird that Koala is crying so clearly in the last panel, but in the previous panel she's still smiling. The change is too sudden. And well, I think I finally have to start calling Jinbei as Jinbe.
