There's no way any WCF will be so rare and high in demand to require a premium preordering it. Only way WCF can get expensive is when some time passes and you're trying to hunt down an older set. This has been the case since the very first DWC/WCF (from Dragon Ball) and I don't see that changing. If it were me, I'd kindly decline on the preorders with high premiums until the product is actually released.

Sensui, I know a premium shouldn't be paid to preorder stuff, but I did take the plunge and ordered the WCF vol 0 set from TL for $115. To be honest, that's what I've been paying per set anyways so it's not that big a deal to me. WCFs are just about my favorite collectible on the planet right now, and not to have such an awesome set secured would drive me crazy. I mean, we're all collectors here. We like to have the security of knowing we'll get our items, even if we have to pay a little more for that piece of mind.

Tokyo, Ginza. Open from Dec 11 - May 31. You have to buy a ticket from Ticket Pier or 7 Ticket. It has the date and time on the ticket. It's like booking a concert ticket.

I agree. I've been paying anywhere from $100-130 per set anyway and I pre-ordered both 0 and 13 mostly as fallback options. Still, looking at how much volumes 10-12 are currently going for on Yahoo Japan, I think it's probably safe to say that the prices for volume 0 and beyond will be more than $120. I'm really do hope I'm wrong, but I've been seeing the trend for the last month or so and I just don't want to spend $150+ per set next year.

Yeah I agree with that part of your logic, the security is worth the premium. But in this case, even like their website and bran-chan mentioned, it's not guaranteed and seems to be a flaky seller to start with….but if that's what you guys have been paying per set anyway, I guess it can't hurt....only possible problem is that they get the shipments later than Japan obviously by months or several weeks and if you guys pass on pricing at the begiining when released...you may have to pay a bigger premium to get the sets....I can't predict the future, just figure that if they're gonna make you guys pay a premium, they should at least give you some kind of guarantee. My 2 cents.

coming from TL and the fact that they accept and keep saying that "in this industry nothing is guaranteed" i dont doubt that they cancel pre orders if they dont get the items, eitherway I believe its quite too early to pre order it and we dont know what going to happen next year with the new regulations etc.

Yeah, I'm going to email them. I'm just abit worried that lurkers or not so nice members may grab the sets for evil gains which would be a real shame but I could see the temptation. Personally I prefer to leave the rarer figures I don't want for actual fans who might want that character, though I know that they're most likely snapped up by people who just want to resell them for profit

Well I let a lot of people know that I am doing anime figure review (Mainly One Piece) on youtube AND starting a boxing club and asked for donation,s lots of people were nice and donated, over time I was able tog et enough to by boxing stuff, after some more time I could buy POPs, now I need a camera because me myself is also trying to earn money.
