On the topic… I didn't really predicted, but guessed some useless (and sometimes obvious) stuff as I was watching the anime for the first time. Like: that Zoro would fight Hachi on Arlong Park, or that Luffy and co. would go to the Trial of Balls.
Nothing worth mentioning 
The timeskip being longer than 6 months, if at all happening.

Nah, I assumed that he got the idea of making a opposite thread of the "Wrongness in general thread" from me making the opposite of the "Thing that you would like to see in the manga". What you say is too obvious and doesn't need to be stated, so I only stated the step before it.
A character would appear that would have 2 DF abilities.
Both Ace and WB will die.
Moria will survive.
Sabo will survive (fuck you if you're still too dense).

How long have you been reading OP? I've read it in a span of a week(1-582 at the time) so, I couldn't have made predictions regarding those 2 and at that time I wasn't interested in who Dragon was and I treated the coverstories at that time, something that the author would do just for the heck of it. Pretty good job.
I predicted that Nami would join when I read the first chapter.
I was right about Kuma showing up in the Sabo flashback when Dragon showed up. A shame I never voiced my opinion on that one:/

I had a hunch everyone had haki before it was confirmed arguing with all the fools thinking it was special. (Conquerer's haki only special one).
Also on how Kuma tripped in Sabo flash back and Dragon treated him with first aid.

I guess the online community had already struck Water 7 when I started, but personally I only read the Swedish Volumes in the order they came out at the time. Me and my brother discussed it every now and then, and eventually we hit the topic of Luffy's parents. I wondered if the father character may not have already appeared and Dragon caught my eye. Volume 16 revealed him with black hair and I figured, maybe that's the one.
As for Garp, I was thinking about how Buggy had reappeared in the company of the shady girl revealed to be Arvida. I figured Coby's story might tie in similarily and Garp seemed to have a bit of design to him. Him being Luffy's grandfather on the contrary, I did not see coming.
When Shakky mentioned Rayleigh being a 100 times stronger than the super rookies, I thought "It would be cool if he turned out to be Roger's first mate." It wasn't even a prediction, just something that was on my mind for a second.
Akainu having a lava Logia. It was massively predicted beforehand, but it still feels good to be right.
I've had a couple but I'll only do the ones I remember.
I said that they would get to Ace, save him and then Ace would die before they escaped by a brick. Ace was Brick Magma Fisted shortly after.
When we started on the other char covers I said 'I hope there'll be a Domino + Sadi-Chan' one and about 2 weeks later there was.
I called the Robin + Chopper fight against Cindry and Hogback prior to it being shown too.
There was another at the end of TB too but I can't remember what it was now :<

I predicted we won´t see Fishman Island after Thriller Bark.
I predicted that Doflamingo works behind the human auction business (I predicted it when the manga just reached Duval base)
I predicted Mantra = haki as well

On a more serious note, I did consider Blackbeard being able to absorb power. Not just cancel it. And that Garp and Sengoku would resign. But, that's not that outstanding….
