Seriously?? that pose-able Luffy is one of the dumbest ugliest looking Luffy's I've seen in a while. I personally don't need an 'action figures'. I like my figures to be in one pose for the most part, I hate when they can move their legs and arms, they just look weird with the ball joints x_x; That's why P.O.P's for the most part look really slick. But hey, that's just me, and I'm spending QUITE enough money already in One Piece merchandise xD
Can't wait for that toy show this weekend __ We might get better pics of Tashigi and Smoker, AND Croc and Boa!! I'm hoping maybe they'll have gotten colors for Sanji, Zoro suit version and Franky!!
Also.. who in their RIGHT mind would pay that much for the old Smoker now? I feel bad for anyone who already had too ;_; I'm sooo thankful they're re-releasing him and Tashigi xD Now people won't be raped anymore for the figures!!

I have high hopes for that figure. Hopefully it'll be just as good, if not better, than Revoltech's offerings. As someone who actually collects a few action figures, this is right up my alley.
But if it's like the DBZ figures that I've seen before (they were very similar to these, just not Super Saiyan), they'll be tiny. Like 4" and under.

I know for sure I don't really want that poseable Luffy. I actually have one revoltec type figure, Starscream, and I actually really like him but he's a transformer… he's supposed to move like that xD I actually saw that Piccolo you guys posted before and thought 'OMG he looks so awesome' then upon closer inspection he has all those bulky joints and parts that move... I instantly was turned away despite my extreme love of Piccolo xD
I'll just stick with the P.O.P.'s for now and OMFG c'mon HLJ everyone has Smoker and Tashigi for pre-order but YOU D: I wanna go through AmiAmi but I'm afraid cause I've never gone through them before but the price is definitely awesome >__< and I want those bobble heads D:

I got raped by smokers price, but nothing i can do about it know. Try to cry about it wont help anyone :) Its not like we knew that they gonna bring it back. Sometimes you just have to take it like a man.

I almost cried not because I paid for an expensive Smoker, but because I knew I'd never get to buy him and for some strange reason I wanted him so badly x____x; I wanted to cry in dispair xD I felt my collection was lacking and unimpressive without someone with their shirt open and because he was rare. What kind of OP fangirl am I when I didn't have one of the characters with an open front outfit? xDD
no but really I am VERY thankful I was broke as hell and couldn't buy him x__x;

And they better stand! The closes figure I have to this Luffy in terms of joints etc is the Sontarans. While one of my favourite figures they do like to fall down a lot.

Been hunting for these 2 for so long now and TODAY when i skipped school to geek around i fînally found them…. BOTH.... and it cost me 20euro each.. Very worth it. And i was so happy so i bought some more OP candy. I only need zoro big head and im done shopping here :P (Maybe for the bobble heads in march, just before i leave tokyo)

Great iam not a huge fan of actionfigures. But i dont mind having some OP ones.
Its nice to set some figures with nice action poses. There is almost no figure except really small ones that are in a action pose.
To bad they probally do the strawhats first i wouldnt mind making a Zoro vs Mihawk scene for example.

ah well, as much as i love hlj they just can't beat amiami when it comes to prices. ^^'' so i don't really care how much shipment is charged from the latter.

from all i've heard, the charge a bit more then hlj does (amiami's SAL is registered so it costs a bit more).
but if you consider their discounts, they still should be way cheaper than hlj.

I forgot to mention that I got my DX Nami yesterday xD I love it, wish that she was more on scale with the GLM figures..but..I'm just happy with her in general!! I think she's adorable, and don't even feel like i wasted money. Now I have THREE Nami's in that damn rainbow outfit xD
