This chapter was amazing.
I actually liked the Zoro vs Fuji clash, which was pretty even to me. I´m not a Zoro fanboy but he withstood the gravity attack well (his foothold/the ground didn´t) and even counter-attacked with a flying slash of his, through the gravity. The slash was blocked by Fuji but the impact actually pushed him back. We even got a slightly worrying reaction from the marines at this point. I am in no way implying he could beat an admiral yet, but Zoro´s performance here was actually pretty solid and nothing to be ashamed of.
That being said, Dofla is either crazily confident in his abilities or he simply sensed Fuji coming to his rescue because I don´t understand how he can laugh like a boss and turn to the side when a dangerous character like Zoro is charging at him. Maybe he´s just that boss lol, but my initial reaction while reading was overconfident lucky bastard getting on my nerves, Zoro i the last person you would want to underestimate.
"The Wall" omg just like a few people (including me) predicted in the last chapter discussion, the colosseum wall was a plot obstacle so Luffy wasn´t able to participate in the brawl. It´s quite silly if you think about it, oh well the scene was still pretty funny.
Fuji and Dofla fly away to the castle taking poor Law the clout with them :/ I honestly didn´t expect a rescue Law portion in Dressrosa but it makes sense from a "you saved my life I save yours" perspective. I liked Fuji´s reaction - feeling bad for attacking SHs when they helped him earlier. He´s a great character and a wildcard.
Holy crap Big Mom! This was a huge surprise. I really loved how everything occured at the same time and how each SH group reacted to what was happening and that they had a conference call while being shot at from Marines and a Yonkou. Talking of which, I didn´t like the convenient plot decision of BM´s crew to shoot at the ship and recover Caesar instead of just boarding with man-power, which we know will help SHs escape. Not sure why Sanji is so confident all of a sudden and feels like counterfiring at a Yonkou ship after what just happened against Dofla. Nonetheless, it was cool. I wonder what he means by counter-fire, whether it´s just deflecting cannon balls with his kicks or you know, actually using a Sunny gun. Now with such a suprising BM appearence, I´m also expecting the other Supernova alliance to show up soon, maybe even Jinbei.
Anyway, every fraction now has a clear duty and I´m looking forward to what happens next. This chapter gave me the chills and I really enjoyed it. Good job Mr. Oda.
