But the thing is - I don't know HOW I made it "shake" in the first place. And going at it frame by frame again certainly does not sound appealing.
EDIT - it seems when I extracted each frame from the original .gif file, they were already varied in size…
Maybe you didn't align them right when you made it? Use Gimp, It opens gifs with each frame its one layer.

Well, since the image you're using already has different sized images then yeah, they're going to be that way in GIMP. Did you use the original there to make yours or another one? I opened the original up and it's 108 frames, that's a lot to go through

I deleted half the frames. Mainly to meet the size limit on sigs here.
I wonder how the different frames got resized though. You said you used Paint?
I extracted the frames using IrvanView, put them all in one folder, got through and altered them all using Paint and used some software from the internet to put them back together.
If you animate things by iaza.com, which si the msot common way for MSPaint aniamtions, it has a 'resize' section

Wow, a lot of really awesome Avatars/sigs. I like how the lip moving of the 300 clip matches the phrase, and Pirate Cashoo's art as always. I like Bethans sig as well, and I I haven't seen much Sadi art but Ghostville, your avatar is pretty great.
