It looks to be from a play of some sort, or a really nice picture form some sort of set of pictures taken for a movie. I dunno I'm just guessing, but it reminds me of Anchor Man.

Yeah, i can see sort of a cleft chin in the other picture. Perhaps the cleft isn't visible cos there aren't any shadows, or the picture's low quality.

Created my awesome sig that I've been dreaming about for over 2 years. I know it's amateur-ish, but I worked on each individual frame(on MS Paint)!
I feel great… I can now die happy. The only regret is that I didn't make it in time for the best signature award.
