Is this another who's stronger than who discussioin? Like DoFlamingo would say the "winner is justice" and the winner is the strongest… whether or not they win fair and square. I don't see Luffy winning the war, but I don't think he will lose. He was defeated too badly versus Kuma & Mazellan and I don't think Oda would let him to continue losing.
And just like Luffy losing and coming back later to win, any of the Shichibukai can do the same. The only difference is the Shichibukai aren't main characters...
That's why bad threads like the shichibukais strength exist… You will always find someone who will try to classify one piece characters in tier lists even if it doesn't make sense...

Well, looks like the marines are showing they're version of CNN/Aljazirah in a giant flat screen. Since no reporter is allowed in marineford, they got their first scoop in shabondy. From there the reporter will spread the news.

No. IF he used gear second, it was just for him to get where Croc was faster. His body was wet, that's why he stopped Croc. Water stops Croc. Don't you remember Alabastra?
That chapter was so awesome I had to read it twice, loved the zombie designs oda did for moria's small zombie army which were later exorcised by jimbei and mr.3's responce to buggy's followers " your ears are so filled with hope you can't hear properly" was just hilarious.
My guess is that they already have an Ancient Weapon, but it's incomplete or unstable. I seriously doubt they'd trust an idiot like Spandam with the complete retrieval of Pluton; they just wanted the blueprints so that no one else could create one. By antagonizing Franky into destroying them, Spandam essentially accomplished the mission. It probably would've been even more hilarious for Spandam to take them back to the Five Elder Stars and have them tell him that they were planning to destroy the blueprints anyway. Either way works though.
And there it is. In the last two panels Oda makes Luffy's presence and participation 100% believable.
