Well someone wasn't paying attention during the Mihawk fight. There are rules, man! It's swordsman etiquette, you never stab a man in the back because in the end, it only cheapens you.
Wasnt it the other way around, letting someone cut you in the back is a disgrace to a swordsman. It wasnt Mihawk who waited for him to turn around to not dishonor himself, it was Zoro who turned around.

Buggy got his ass KICKED by Luffy the first time, the 2nd time he got his ass kicked by either Mother Nature or Dragon, and the 3rd time they met he made a man-to-man deal with Luffy (That he'd help him in Impel-Down) and instead bailed on him. like the weak little coward he is. EVEN USOPP comes through when you really need him to, Buggy doesn't.
He also didn't open the Gate of justice at all, Whitebeard did, Buggy just pretended he did it.
