Hmm, but what does this mean for Primal?
By his words, Primal was supposed to be an anthology series. So I guess when he has more ideas they can pick it up again.

Where is my man Ghandi?! Let this be the last time I complain about it.
Controversies probably get him out of the reboot. Plus a character like Ghandi wouldn’t fly in today’s culture IMO.
Not like the real Ghandi was a saint. But yes, I know controversies regarding the caning of the original series and how indian people are touch about Ghandi, or representation of their deities in midia.
I'm hype for the return of Clone High. Ghandi will be missed, but it's understandable why the character isn't back for the new series. But it's awesome to see the return of Scudworth and Mr. Butlertron. I'm going to rewatch the original series again, before the new series starts up.
Well, the animation looks pretty good at least
Totally Spies Season 7 is going to be airing on Cartoon Network. Knowing the history of the show, I hope we still get the weirdness of the previous seasons in the new one.

They got the actual voice actors from the show to take part in this.
Hanna Barbera's Rock Odyssey from 1987 has been found and has been uploaded in full to the internet archive
This thing has a crazy history and as far as I know, has never been aired. It's kind of Fantasia crossed with Heavy Metal.
Production of Rock Odyssey began in 1981 at Hanna-Barbera's short-lived feature animation unit, as a follow-up project to Heidi's Song. It was intended as a prime-time TV special for ABC, and was mentioned in a fall 1981 H-B trade ad as being slated to air in the spring of 1982, but the project was shelved after executives at H-B and corporate parent Taft Entertainment saw the film's graphic imagery, particularly relating to the 1960s and the Vietnam War. (Subsequently, Robert Taylor left the studio, and H-B closed their feature animation unit, after the box-office failure of Heidi's Song.)
The program was shelved by Hanna-Barbera, who intended to retool the program; at a March 1983 Congressional hearing on children's television, ABC children's programming VP Squire Rushnell mentioned that it was slated to air that year.[7] However, the film remained on the shelf until the mid-80s, at which time a new sequence was added, featuring classic Hanna-Barbera cartoon clips set to "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go". This sequence was intended to bring the film "up to date", since the rest of the soundtrack only covered songs up to 1980. Hanna-Barbera and Worldvision Enterprises made Rock Odyssey available for international television distribution in 1987, and the film is mentioned in trade advertisements from that year. (Ironically, this final completed and released version seems to retain all of the "offensive" scenes which had led H-B to shelve the project back in the early 80s.)
Rock Odyssey has not yet been aired on TV, or released on VHS, DVD or Blu-ray in the United States by Warner Home Video, however, it was screened at the Second Los Angeles International Animation Celebration in July 1987. It has also aired on TV in Spain and several Latin American countries, with the narration dubbed into Spanish.
I saw that last year, with partial spanish audio and grainy visuals! It was OK; animation was pretty good, the story, such as it was, was a bit haphazard, even in terms of being very loose vignettes set to fit the music.
Quite a few episodes of the Johnny Bravo JBVO request show have also been uploaded to the Archive including the DBZ one. A lot of those were adlibbed and had references to then current events and dates so they never really reaired.
Nice to see this is finally coming out after Disney bought the studio that was making it and cancelled it when it was 80% done. The comic its based on was by the She-Ra reboot showrunner, and I read it about a year ago. I felt then that it was okay, but might be really good with some polish that an animated version and a full team might bring. Here's hoping it's good!
This is a TERRIBLE trailer though. It like... doesn't tell the actual story hook at all (and is in fact pitching the opposite?) and it starts with intentionally janky animation? Why would you do that for the FIRST impression?
And what is Villainous, exactly?
Don’t know who these people are, but Hiccup and Astrid in the live action film has been cast.
Please stop making live actions of animated movies.

You’ll get more unnecessary live action adaptations of animated shows and movies. And like it damn it.
@pariston_hill wish they would but there’s too much money involved, the live action Lion King was awful and look at what it made, one of the highest grossing movies of all time
Clark is adorable:
Charming, a lot of personality in character design and their lines. Louis is suspiciously similar to Luz (The Owl House), imo.
Wes Anderson is doing another stop-motion film! This time a short film of "The Wonderful World of Henry Sugar" by Roald Dahl, on Netflix.

On the one hand, Netflix bought the Roald Dahl licenses so you have to work with them, but on the other hand it suits Anderson this time because he can make a short film rather than get pushed into a feature-length one by the studios.
Baby Clark is equally adorable:
Nimona was really good.
Nimona was great. Super faithful to the comic and it did NOT feel like an hour and a half. It just breezed by, even when I knew what was coming from the comic. I wanted it to be longer.
You can tell there were shots where the CG wasn't really finished, especially in the backgrounds, and they were just trying to get it finished after being shut down, but it was never distracting unless you were looking for it.
Disney dumping this was a mistake.
Went into Nimona knowing basically nothing about the comic or what the story was about. It was fun. Story was a bit cliched, but the characters, comedy, and animation were fantastic.
Also, Yay! for the random inclusion of the Banana Splits theme song.
My adventures with superman started quite well.
Cyril Figgs as Deathsroke was not something I had on my bingo. EVER.
I'm really enjoying My Adventures with Superman so far. I already adore Clark, Lois, and Jimmy. Also Cat Grants introduction in the most recent episode was amazing.
This video has only been out 3 days and has 1.3 million views
Awwwww.
You really gotta get Clark and Lois right.
Ryan Reynolds is co-producing a Biker Mice from Mars series?!

I never watched the series after it's animation change because I hated the look, but I loved the original. It was the best out of all the TMNT-copies.
A special new episode of Invincible is out. Also Season 2 will be coming out on November 3rd. Here are the trailers for both the special and Season 2.
I watch Invincible Atom Eve Special earlier today. It was a really good special episode and it got me hype for Season 2 of Invincible.
Harley S4 is off to a good start.

Only seen the first episode so far, but yeah. The show's as great as ever.
And holy crap. The Superman episode that just aired.

I didn't expect for
Sony gave us some animation to enjoy:
