Yeah Funi IS doing everything in their power to get the simulcast back. They want to get their hands on EVERYTHING OP they can get.
Toei freaked out royally after this hacking. Like royally royally. But besides that, they have to do everything in their power to make sure there isn't another hack or leak before Toei will allow it back up. That is what they're really stressing over.
My friend (regular funi employee, not a VA) has said a lot but what he has said about it isn't anything so secretly epic that its hush hush, and after he said a lot of things Funi would later come out and tell the fans the same thing. But yeah, basically the employees and VAs are supposed to be hush hush about new developments, releases, etc. They plan a lot of this stuff years in advance and start dubbing on stuff well before the release is even announced. There is /alot/ they can't talk about. As for the OP stuff, they've been pretty open about the details for the simulcast and what exactly has gone on.
