Good quality, good action. They already did 2/3 of the chapter in the first half… so they might stretch it a bit... but i simply love how they handled the pressure cannon!

I wish they had just put more into the fight than into the air pressure build up part.
It just made them look stupid to try and not stop something that "slow" when it actually happened pretty darn quick in the manga.

The teaser showed us the shiny eye of Kuma... the quality is very high and Ursa Shock is like a nuke... (with the air pressure it makes sense)

It was a really good episode but the animation was average in some places and really bad in others. From the preview, next week's looks a bit better.

Just watched HR's raw. Dragonballish dragging aside, it was a good episode.The attacks were well done, from Concasse to Ursa Shock's impressive destructive power. Kenji Yokohama can't do much better than this.
Next week looks great.
Just watched the episode, and I gotta say it was pretty good. The animation was nice and the pacing was decent.
Pros: nice fluid animation, Zoro vs. Kuma wasn't dragged out, everyone's refusal to Kuma, and the Ursa Shock!
Cons: too much panning with re-used stills and the creation of the Ursa Shock took too long (imo)
Next episode looks good, seems like it's gonna have Movie 8-like animation.

Well, I just viewed it and it was all right. Not the best Yokohama's ever done, but certainly not the worse. Art was okay, though some of the lines could've been thinner, and I had to shake my head the third time they used the Lola pan. Ursa Shock exploding was done well. Reminded me of Akira. I wouldn't have had the ''Never!'' in slo-mo however.
This episode was kinda crappy. While it did not mind the speed of the battle, there was too many damned mugshots. The color of the final attack did not seem to fit either. It was supposed to look like a high pressure hurricane whirling around with rubble flying at high speeds. I guess I could live with that.
Also, they did not seem to add that shock and smoke effect of Sanji's kick impact.

it seemed like they hesitated. And the slow motion was just stupid. I don't know why they didn't do the split screen spread like oda drew.
That'd have looked really bad ass with all the characters on screen at the same time saying it.
It was just bad directing, but the fight was done superb, so I don't have to much complaint.

I'd rather not. Being that my internet-connection sucks, a better RAW would probably already be available by the time I'd finished downloading the huge one, so I'd rather just wait for that one, and just use that one for the entire job.

Better sound quality, plus there was that one time when the youtube-Raw was missing a part of the episode… But seeing how I assume that was a one time thing, I guess I can use the youtube version right now.

I was actually annoyed by it a little lobolover, but after FERIOUS digging, I did find out
the scientific name for the bear is, amazingly enough " Ursus ", happened while I was
browsing about bears on wikipedia, and it gave me the entry on American Bear " Ursus
Americanus ". Must've been the confusion on part of the people who did the scanlation
for the chapter where it was called " Ursa Shock ". Anyway, I hope that cleared up
the confusion. You dont by any chance to be called by your nickname for your love
of a certain badass bounty hunter in the DC universe do you? LOL, that is one hell of
a character.
the charging up part for ursus shockwave i really liked, it never slowed down it kept a quick speed each time he shot air into his bomb. I'm so glad they didnt rush that shock wave, it made it seem more real that he had to actually put time into making it that powerful.
