She's facing him with her hands forming a heart when she tries to turn him into stone. She doesn't say 'Why don't you fall for my charm!!' When the hearts go through Luffy, she says 'Why don't you turn into stone?!?!'

You probably noticed it but ODA wanted to point out the fact that most of the female warriors know how to use HAKI. I just hope that one of the warrior could join the crew to teach luffy HAKI.

I think that once luffy fought theose 2 sisters -which I don't think that they are real sis - Hancock can't see any way out only to fight him … cause it can't be that she has only this mero mero stuff as technique :blink: .. and suddenly, while fighting, her cape just fall down and everyone - luffy and the spectators - will see that back mystery thing, cause I think that this is the only reason why Oda put the warriors in the arena, to notice something ... and I don't know if you've said it before or not - 38 pages is hard to read :p - I believe that she has WB tatoo in her back, that's why she didn't want to fight agaisnt him and why luffy said " I've seen that before" ... well, in his bro back ...

That's one of the most adecvate theories around.Because Luffy never saw (as we know) Dragon's symbol,WG logo is stil fresh on his mind and Marine…has running to zero chances of being there.
And WB symbol was shown looong ago so obviously Luffy,never looking in details,just saw it like it is.And after such time he only sees it as smth familiar from his brother.
And if this, as joouheika said, would be shown in coliseum he may just remember that he saw it on brother's back.And pronouncing his name would obviously make Boa say,that his brother will be hanged. -

Speak for yourself. If alot of people knew then why was a post that was created asking that exact question not exactly answered and then closed? And usually in the MH spoiler pics and summaries thread there is a message that says "no chapter this week" but there wasn't until really late, so I can see why some people were confused…

No he's right, everyone should've known there was gonna be a break since BF announced it in the spoiler thread last week and then it was asked about at length in this thread.
That thread asking about it was closed because the answer was given. The message from Oda was something like: No chap this week because Oda didn't meet the deadline for chap 518 and he apologized for it.

Right I know I read that but I also did see alot of people with confusion and no answers for them either (when I was reviewing some missed pages of interested threads). All I am saying is that I can see where they are coming from as well.

You mean because they were ignorant? This happens every time no matter what the mods do - because there is always some foolish person who didn't bother to look for an answer before posting. It always happens, so there isn't much point to complaining about not being able to find it, especially since we all knew about it for the most part. If there were people who were unsure they should have read this thread or the most recent spoiler thread since those are the ones that usually have that info in the first place. It's called looking before you leap.

HxH spoiler is out, so hopefully soon. Anyway, I'm expecting Luffy to get a bit of Haki smackdown, and either there'll be an Anakin Skywalker (when he's fighting Duku and Palpatine says "use the fear" and he just blasts the crap out of him) moment where that Granny shouts something and it just clicks for him, or he has to run and granny gives him the 411 in the jungle. Maybe his clothes get ripped –> wardrobe change!
