So, what happened with Team Hebi? I mean sure, I don't mind that they are not there but it would be pretty stupid for Kishimoto if Sasuke assembled a gang just for him to be with Tobi by himself. Those chapters would be a complete waste of time.

And Team Hebi's still with Kisame, with Suigetsu and him probably flinging water jutsu back and forth. Unfortunately, in Naruto, I can't really see a straight sword battle. We'll probably see them in a bit squaring off, and Kisame will probably be called away by Zetsu or Pain.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

So does this confirm that Itachi did what he did to protect Konoha and Sasuke? Why didnt he just go the third hokage and tell him? Or was Tobi watching what he was doing?

edit: Nevermind, I think it was just Itachi's and Tobi's sick way of helping konoha. The clan was weak and forgot its sacred practices. They killed everybody and wanted to start fresh with Sasuke as the new clan leader and practicing the old ways. Like having best friends try to kill each other and young ages. Controlling the 9 tails and etc.

I kinda liked the spoiler where it showed the right half of his face… without it, he just looks like a Generic Naruto version of a pirate (Reminds me of the Sand Trio's teacher, who had his left eye covered for no reason). At least Kishi could confirm if it's Obito or not.

when sasuke was going home from training, he found out that the clan was murdered, so he headed straight to their house. itachi specifically said not to come in. the minute sasuke enters, itachi seemed to have changed his voicing towards sasuke.

the ninja from above a post. this ninja wasn't itachi. there was no way itachi would be that super fast to get back in the house and check inside their house.
plus, looking at tobi's no seal hiraishin, we all know who that ninja really was. -

itachi talked to naruto before his final battle vs sasuke: naruto must have known the truth by now. notice that naruto isn't even talking about "saving sasuke from itachi" or "i'm gonna kill itachi blah blah"? unusual naruto if you ask me.

itachi wasn't interested in killing sasuke. it's obvious during their final fight.
i've said this before, and i'll say it again: itachi did all this to make sasuke stronger. itachi didn't want to kill the clan; but itachi knew he was no match against tobi, so he was left with no other choice but to help tobi, which could be totally BS as well.
Also he went easy on Kakashi, Kakashi said he could of easily killed him but he didnt. Many people predicted that Itachi was a good guy but the last fight made it seem like he was just crazy. Maybe he lied to Sasuke to get him stronger so he can defeat tobi.

For all we know, this could just be a means to seduce Sasuke to join him against Konoha and to get back the Kyuubi. With the real source of what happened dead, all that's left is up to interpretations...and not to mention that if Itachi could use Magenkyo to make Sasuke see one thing, who's to say Madara can't do the same?

Lies have anything the person wants you to believe. I didn't say Itachi wasn't telling the truth on some things but he still has lied many times, particularly making Sasuke believe he was the one who killed the Uchiha clan personally. But my worry isn't about Itachi anymore: like you, I think Madara obviously wants Sasuke on his side for his own agenda…and if it means using Itachi, he's willing to say whatever it takes, including giving partial truths with some ribbons of deceipt of what will get Sasuke to join him.

Kinda confusing here… so i'll do a summary of the summary...
Sasuke is reacts confused to what madara says to him about Itachi Uchiha, he faints in agony...
And this is whats confuses me...
Madara tells Sasuke that everything Itachi did, was to keep him away from Madara...( speaking in third person again or written as that by summary author!!!), as a way to protect him (sasuke) from him (Madara). Also by the end speaks that Sasuke should know about Itachi's way of life.Very confusing because the spoilers always talk in third person about madara, makes me thing that the debate of him speaking in third person is going to heat up again.
Tobi talks in the 3rd person again. And admits that Itachi was protecting Sasuke from Madara.

this series more interesting with just focusing on the uchiha clan….I KNOW!...i'll suddenly say that itachi is a good guy! that will boost my series up a notch!" -
I always liked Itachi's personality better then Sasuke.. and now he's dead
Maybe now Sasuke will go vomit in the river, realizing that he just killed him for no reason.. and he was only trying to "help"
Then Sasuke will grow up and turn his team into one big happy family.

This whole fact about Sasuke having Magenkyo/Amateratsu confuses me: its just seems more like a failsafe from Itachi than Sasuke actually mastering it so I doubt the whiny Uchiha really has the true power.
Some interesting news from Newtype: there appears to be two more canon episodes before the filler arc, meaning we actually may get Hidan/Kakuzu vs. Yugito & Deidara/Tobi vs. the 3-tales before the filler story starts. (which appears to connect to the Fire temple since one of Asuma's comrades is mentioned meeting with Naruto)

What??? Naruto is having some more Fillers again. I thought it was clearly far enough behind that we didn't need to worry about it. I mean every episode seems to take forever anyway. I thought they were going slow enough that we would be good for awhile.

The new opening has new, unknown characters so it was figured out that fillers are coming. But somehow with how slow things were going and the potential that was presented at this point due to how little Kishi developed anyone (personally I really wish they had some filler arc with Yugito, she desperately needed it considering she was one-shot by Hidan), some was expecting this. The only good thing is that the filler doesn't seem to be starting until after two more weeks of continuity. (the Newtype info mentions Tsunade creating the "20 squads", which means that they have to have at least Hidan and Kakuzu's intro and possibly Deidara and Tobi vs. the wild bijuu)
As for complaining about Naruto, its pretty much established by now that Kishi has a few good ideas but many of his other things (storytelling, overdoing fanservice of certain characters, underdeveloping many others, too much plot-no-jutsu) shows he needs work. Thus I don't really care about spoiling this series every week compared to ones I really want to get shocked and amazed with like OP or ES21. (sure Kishimoto can pull something great, but its more fun watching other fans overreact on other boards with said info)

Heh been a while since I have seen the latest Eyeshield 21 I should catch up in that.
But my biggest complaint in Naruto would be
1. Naruto needs more moves, I mean even after his wind manipulation, basically all he does is make a bigger Rasengen. (basically like going from kamehameha to a super kamehameha) Thats why I liked vegeta so much, he had so many different special moves.
2. You never know if someone is dead or anything. Seems like someone dies like 3 times every fight with these jutso's and what not. I usually just scan the chapter and see if they are dead, if they are then I read the fight. But otherwise it just pisses me off too much.
