You either need to have been around for a certain period of time or have above a certain number of posts.

You probably just need to post more. Eventually you'll be able to create a new thread.

P.S. Please try not to advertise, you might get into trouble. According to the rules, if I remember correctly, you can only advertise in your signature. but many, if your around enough, or known enough, You can create a thread here about your mmo game.
I can't really speak with any authority, but I'm confident this advice is accurate enough.

The priest is Hogback, the girl is Perona, the guy with a gun is Moria, the fishmen are all proto-Jinbe and the guy with a wheel is Kuma.
