I personaly think Steve Blum and Norio Wakamoto are over used.
Over used and under used seiyu/ voice actors
-
-
I love him and all, but I think Christopher Sabat is used too much
-
It's funny though since Chris Sabat overuses himself
-
Eric Stuart back in the OP/Pokemon owned by 4kids days.
Seriously, I think the dude basically did the entire world in cheesy accents.
-
Steven Blum, Wendee Lee, and to a lesser extend, Johnny Young Bosch. I'm letting Johnny pass for his splendid work as Renton, I'm still amazed he voices him.
I love all of them, but yeah…overused. I also kinda find it annoying how Wendee Lee somehow always ends up voicing a purple haired "the hot one" character...becoming a stereotype. XD
-
Basically everybody in the CN staff. I'd love to hear more Gary Chalk and Philip Hayes, but alas.

Only in Dragonball Z, and that's because he was the guy who could impersonate some of the previous Ocean voice actors.

I don't know, maybe it's because I hear him all over the place.
Shin-chan, Blood Trinity, One Piece, etc. -
Yuri Lowenwalth or whatever the voice-actor who does Sasuke's name is is sort of being overused now. I still don't think it was a good idea to cast him as Sena in Eyeshield 21.
As for seiyu, Kappei Yamaguchi. He's a good actor, but I've been seeing his name alot.

Really because I hadn't noticed.
Anyway other than Sabat I'm going to say Steve Blum.
-
Looking back on it, Scott McNeil was in pretty much every cartoon I watched as a kid. Not only did he have more than 1 role in what he was cast in, but it sounded like he basically alternated between 5 voices.
-
Cam Clarke is criminally underused. He did a handful of low-key stuff back in the day, like in Scooby Doo movies, and some more popular stuff, like Liquid Snake in the Metral Gear Solid series, but he's done a few thing recently, like Kratos in Tales of Symphonia, and some minor roles in Naruto and Bleach.
And a random medninja in Naruto 135. Haha, all the medninja in that episode were voiced by awesome voice actors, good going with the money, ViZ.
-
Takehito Koyasu is beyond overused. He usually does a good job, but i don't think he's so much talented to be in basically every anime out there.
-
Overused:Romi Paku & Yamaguchi Kappei
Underused:still thinking -
Norio Wakamoto
NEVER
Overused I would say Ueda Yuji, because not only is he prominently featured in a multitude of series and franchises, his voice is just…so unremarkable. And HIRANO AYA
Underused–off the top of my head, there's Nakamura Yuuichi (Graham motherfucking "Char" Aker, other awesomely dickish characters), the Gag Manga Biyori dudes, and aljkasdljkf HAGIWARA MASATO. J-japanese subs of Winter Sonata WHERE
Voice actors that are far from underused, but could use more work anyway because they sound amazing: Sugita Tomokazu (Gintokiiiii ), Fujiwara Kenji (Ladd motherfuckingandkilling Russo ), Hiyama Nobuyuki (Viral )

So….......are you of the female gender?
-
Hiyama Nobuyuki (Viral [qimg]http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g199/uberpandaman/emotswoonfd9.gif[/qimg])
He did the voice of Madarame in the Genshiken animes and OVAs.
Also here's a list of who he voiced- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiyama_Nobuyuki
Holy snaps he voiced Demitri & Batsu?! -

Holy snaps he voiced Joe Higashi, Demitri & Batsu?!Man now that I think about it they do all sound the same….
-
Why did you quote yourself?
-
Kappei Yamaguchi and Johnny Young Bosch.
The chances of Johnny Young being related to Hieronymus are astronomically low, so he has nothing to balance out being absolutely terrible and everywhere.
-
I have to say Yuri Lowenthal, mainly because he voices nearly all characters w/ spiky or purple hair, but hey, he is pretty good in all of them though (and yeah, that includes Sena).
Can't think of anyone else
-
I don't really care if a Voice actor is used alot if they fit the role their put in and for the most part don't use the same voice all the time.
-
@Sandai:
Why did you quote yourself?
Ummm…I didn't, maybe someone else hacked/used my account.
-
Underused: Christine Auten. She did a great job as Sakaki in Azumanga.
