I don't get the concept of how being spoiled ruins the surprise of the story since… well it's never ruined the surprise of the story for me. That's just me though. I always felt being spoiled first and then seeing it myself made it an even better experience. Again that's just me.
Yes, exactly, that's just you. I HATE being spoiled, it makes me furious, because I love to be lost in the story and suddenly surprised by the events.
If you like being spoiled you always have the option of seeking out spoilers, but for those of us who don't like them, once you force spoilers on us there's no way to undo it. It does slip our minds sometimes, but just try to notice if you do post something questionable and edit.
(btw I'm never spoiled by the anime because I read the manga, but I know that there are anime-only watchers here)
