Some manga i can tolerate… others not so much but i guess that's my perception.

Was mysterious girlfriend X..... don't ask i just decided to read some random manga one day cause i was bored. And i'm wondering if anyone else found anything creepy that they read even if it is a popular manga series...

I've yet to find a manga (or anime) which has creeped me out. A lot of people say Berserk is pretty damn creepy, and from reading all of it I can see where they get that, but nothing in it creeped me out. And yet…I'm so easily taken down a notch by horror movies. XD
Same here. Cartoons are no problem, but damn I can't watch those horror movies.
So with that said I've got across some pretty creepy gore in manga, but they didn't really get me. I find it hard to believe there aren't many more like me, it's a drawing after all.
I read Berserk and Gantz no problem, so yeah.

That one-shot, HELLO BABY or whatever it was called made me raise a warry eye-brow. As did "The World is Mine" when I saw a bear squash a little kid.
Uzumaki is creepy, but in a good way.
While I was watching Kemonodzume, the thought "WTF is this?" came to mind more than once, but it was not creepy…

I actually found the girl of MGX pretty adorable as a Manga Character. I dunno what you found creepy about a story where love is interpretated so well. :P
The only Manga with a creepy part I have read is Ginga Densetsu Weed. I dunno, I always was more sensible to things involving dogs than things involving humans (ex: Lassie and the dog from My Dog Spot almost dying made to almost cry), so reading a chapter where a dog was tortured to become a Godzilla-esque mutant was more creepy in my oppinion than the seinen stuff where rapes are ridiculously abused….
I thought MGX was pretty strange but unique in a way.
Don't know much girls who express love through saliva and holding scissors in their panties.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It's the most amazingly badass and ingenious series I've ever read, but the injuries sometimes make me shudder and want to stop reading. Jotaro getting that pen stuck in his face or whenever a vampire jams their fingers into somebody's chest to suck their blood.
It creeped me out how Dio burned Danny to death.

I liked the chapter that started with a closeup of a bunch of knives jammed in Jotaro's chest
I liked it where Joseph cracked that one cop while he was picking his nose.

the flashback of the boss cutting up pieces of the traitor
and when josuke, jotaro found melted people in the fridge
i always found the rat fight to be amusing, jotaro, who defeat dio…almost lost to a rat XD

NOOOO, Danny was the greatest….anyway, I thought wallflower was pretty creepy (of course I'm talking the manga), an emo goth girl. I heard Ayakashi is pretty scary, but I'll watch that instead (mainly because it have a sequel, I forgot whats it called). Some stuff Bizenghast was creepy

It's pretty good, but there are…continuity issues? I guess you could put it that way. I found the Tomie series creepier, though.

Ichi, I think it was called as also creepy. I think that is what it is called. It is the one with the creepy smiles and quite graphic...everything.

It's because the movie was made before Junji Ito finished the series. I didn't see the movie yet, but I've read some comments in IMDB pointing the flaws toward the ending.
The Uzumaki movie was… strange. There was too much happening all at once. The manga was much better.

-Talking about arachnids.
-Argueing over the taxonomy of Algae.
-Glaring at people who claim that spiders are insects.
Gensomaden Saiyuki. Masterfully written and well drawn (although Bishonen central), but some of the injuries are nasty. The chapter when Sha Gojyo gets infected with vines and has vines crawling through his skin, or when the entire team gets those beads shoved inside their body by Kami-sama… quite disturbing.
And yeah, Jojo's Bizarre adventure is pretty disturbing. I cringed when Dio jammed his finger in Jojo's eye. I've only started reading, though, so from what you're telling me, it gets even more graphic.
I called it wrong, so long ago. I guess this needs to be changed.

Actually not that much. After around.. the middle of Part 3, it's dramatically decreasing in gore and stuff like that. It's still disgusting and it's still there, but not as much.
Manga isn't creepy. Especially not Jojo's.
Then again, not really one to find anything scary. The Grudge's [[I]Ju-On] Kayako Saeki is pretty fucking creepy, though.

It's more or less what you expect in the manga that causes a scene to be creepy or not. For example, Hellsing is gory to the point of it being comical, so anything like Alucard slicing up someone or someone's brains getting smeared all over the wall are nothing. But in a series like Zombie Powder, that scene where Gamma lets the ring try and eat him to show them how the rings work is unexpected, and creates a shock value.
Of course, I've always been a bit wary of anything crawling under the skin. Just doesn't appeal to me…
