i also feltthat glass needed a label of what was in it for the children in case they think it's cloud water. -

And the glass? 4Kids is infamous for erasing text with no explanation whatsoever. I highly doubt they're about to start adding it.
The skirt was about right, though.

Tommy, you missed something. Conis' skirt is too short. 4Kids had a nasty obsession with lengthening skirts, even if they didn't reveal much. :P

That was before 4Kids went REALLY batshit insane with editing. At that time, it was mostly just cultural references and some violence that was edited out (not counting the snippets made for time).
Once Advanced Generation was dubbed, all sorts of retard edits and changes were being done. Such as changing badge cases with Pokéball emblems to cases with rectangle emblems (and yes, this isn't just a WB edit as it's on the DVDs), skirts being lengthend and so forth.

Cultural references? The only Japanese thing I remember were the Trademark Rice balls that everyone carried around for lunch, and as far as I remember, those were in.
The only thing that changed after the Johto episodes were that the "banned" episodes of the next generation were never aired here, but besides that, I didn't see anything out of place, nor skirts shorter than the ones of the past episodes.
Anyways, I don't watch it anymore, so I dunno if the current episodes are being butchered after the switching of companies (I think the credits were different, not very 4kids, but that's like the only thing I caught before OP started).

So they didnt even bother to do HALF of a half assed job on their own damn bastardizations,no doubt.
