It's ok. I wasn't bashing you brennen. (just in case you felt that)
I was just saying it was irrelevant for him to say that, even in the case you provided.
I will now quote the whole post and add stuff so you feel better, and gets better explanation. From now on I will be talking to him.
When I stated flexibility, I didn't mean stretching powers. I meant the natural softness of flesh. It absorbs impact.
I do admit Oars had gone into rigor mortis. **Nonetheless, Oars' flesh is still pliable enough that his abdomen did not shatter upon impact, thus showing that he is still flexible enough to absorb blunt force. He did not take significant damage because he is a zombie. He doesn't bleed. He doesn't need non-muscular organs. All he still needs are his bones to support his weight, and muscles to move. His arm was destroyed because his shoulder was obliterated.
Oars takes very little damage to his belly from any attacks be it swords or punches. One could think his belly muscles are affected but they're shielded by fat.**
Whether the apparent lack of damage is analyzed logically or not, Oars himself didn't suffer in fighting capability immediately after Nightmare Luffy fought him.
He got the damage from Brook as a projectile. Luffy didn't do that damage. What Luffy did was smash Oars' spine when Oars was finally crippled.
Nightmare Luffy can break your ribs and damage your muscles with a punch to your abdomen/torso without shattering your abdomen/torso's flesh, even if you're fat.
You are ignoring a lot of stuff. My favorite part was this: (that's why I quoted that part)
He doesn't bleed
You even ignored his bleeding I just showed you from the manga. That is just so wrong. He is bleeding because his body is taking damage from those INSANELY STRONG hits.
Is hard to believe you are still ignoring all that stuff. I see myself keeping the discussing with you and you keeping ignoring stuff. That's why I was seeing no point to keep discussing.
Now for the last paragraph:
He got the damage from Brook as a projectile. Luffy didn't do that damage. What Luffy did was smash Oars' spine when Oars was finally crippled.
I wasn't saying that exactly Nightmare Luffy did all that damage to the arm, I was saying that Oars body can be damaged, and used those easy examples.
