Hey if someone can recap everything that happened since this manga went mothly it would be great I would like to understand the stuff I have been reading.
Uh this took more time than expected
! In chronological order:
-Noah gets his disciples, the Noah family is formed; the First Noah, Adam, is the most powerfull of them, gets the title of Millenium Earl and is leading the Noah familiy from now on (there are many things unclear about Noah itself and if he really existed at all)
-The Millenium Earl leads the Noah family in a battle against the ancient civilization on earth; this civilization uses the Cube and the Heart to defeat the Earl, but by doing so devastates the Earth and get itself exterminated, while the rest of the Noah family survived, this is known as the biblical "Great Flood"
-the Noahs repopulate the earth again; this is why every human has a secret noah-gen and when one Noah dies, this gen is activated in a random human and the noah is revived (its unclear about the exact number of noahs then, which is sometimes referred to being only 13, maybe this is a inconstistence by the author)
-The humans discover the Cube, which informs them about the Noahs and the imminent resurfacing of the Earl and then splits into the various innocences
-The Earl awakens anew; he develops the Akuma, which are supposed to have a higher purpose than solely killing machines (probably related to their ability to evolve)
-The Black Order is founded as a response and creates Exorcists by putting an innocence in a compatible human. Their purpose is to battle the Earl and the Akumas; the begin to search for the rest of the Innocences and the Heart
-The 14th Noah, Neah Walker, gets more and more powerfull and decides to challenge the Earl for the position as the leader of the Noah Family. Some people, like Cross Marian, are cooperating with Neah (which might be not one of the brightest ideas and it is hinted that the 14th could be as worse as the Earl)
-Neah manages to kill all Noahs except Road and the Earl; but the Earl kills him in the final battle; though the Ark of the Noahs is now unmaneuverable
-20 years later, Neah is reincarnated (but did not awake) in Allen, who is mysteriously born with an Innocence in his arm; his parents abandon him because of this. Neahs brother, Mana Walker, adopts him, because he realized, that Neah is slumbering in him
-Mana Walker dies, Allen tries to resurrect him as an Akuma, his Anti-Akuma-Weapon reacts and kills Mana for good. This caused his "Cursed Eye"; Cross Marian (who also knew of the 14th in Allen) takes him as disciple and trains him as an Exorcist
-The Black Order begins research for a new generation of Exorcists, so-called Second Exorcist; they try to put the souls/memories of fallen exorcists in artifical and regenerating bodies
-But this proved to be almost impossible, with only 2 (known) exceptions, Alma and Yuu Kanda, both with the souls of a deceased Exorcist couple; but their memories are slowly resurfacing; Alma realizes, who he were and awakens his Innocence to kill the scientists, who tortured him, and hopes, that he and Yuu can both die fighting together, so that Yuu will never found out, that he was his former lover; (he can not simply kill himself, because of his regenerating body)
-Yuu sides with the Black Order and apparently kills Alma; the Second Exorcist Program is officially stopped, but Almas comatose body is kept alive
-Allen Walker and Yuu became Exorcists
-The first Noahs are getting revived (after their death by the hand of the 14th); the Earl decides to became more activ; his Noah are targeting and killing Exorcists and one of the 5 Generals
-Cross Marian found the location of the Ark in japan and infiltrate it, to found the source of the Akumas; the Earl decides to destroy the unmaneuverable Ark and is building a new one with Roads help
-Allen and co, by tracing Cross Marian, arrive in Japan, too; the Earl traps them in the selfdestroying Ark
-some Noahs go into the old ark as well for a last chance to fight the trapped Exorcists there, but get all defeated by them and Cross Marian; Allen synchronized over 100% there
-The Earl saves the remaining Noahs; Allen activate his ability to control the Ark, but by doing so revives the 14th in him
-Due to Allen, the Exorcists can not only leave the Ark, but can use it to their own will and capture an Akuma Egg; but the Black Order is increasingly suspicious of Allen and at which time the 14th will fully awaken
-One of the Noah invades the Black Order to recover the Akuma Egg, but fails, the Egg gets destroyed, one of the accompanying Akumas evolves to a new 4rth level (maybe for the first time ever)
-The Black Order retrieves a shard of the broken Egg and starts another project for new exorcists (the now Third Exorcists) by combining this shard with regenerating cells from the comatose body of Alma Kanda and got Half-Akuma/Half-Human exorcists
-Apocryphos, an independent Innocence (like Hevlaska) attacks and kills(?) Cross Marian (maybe because he was trying to resurrect the 14th in Allen)
-In the meantime all of the Noahs killed by the 14th have reemerged
-The Noahs attack now the Black Order with three goals: To make Allen abandon the Order and join the Noahs (to have the 14th near themselfs), to destroy the Third Exorcist Project (which have shown to be more than able to deal with Akuma) and took the remaining Third Exorcists as weapons for themself
-They inject Kandas memory into Almas mind and awaken him, Alma runs amok as a new Akuma and battles Kanda (and Allen) again, while the cells of him in the bodies of the TE let them run amok too; Alma gets killed in the end, some of the TE also, the rest is kidnapped and Allen is jailed for his actions
-Apocryphos attacks Allen now; the Noahs came to safe him, but he is now ultimatedly regarded as Noah by the Black Order
-Allen took the Ark for his own goals (neither belonging to the Black Order, nor the Noah)
