It's in the latest issue of Weekly Jump (2007 #4-5).
I suppose it'll probably be in one of the Color Walk books somewhere along the line (probably #5), or maybe eventually as a poster, but for right now, it's a Jump exclusive.

Thoughts:
Morgan looks way different, although I suppose it's the one where Oda's style has had the longest to mature. His chin-reinforcement is twice the size it was before!
Like the positioning of Kuro alongside Lucci and Spandam. I could see him in a different life taking the path of Rokushiki with his natural speed.
Krieg seems surprisingly unchanged given he's been out of service for a long time.What's the deal with Mihawk– premium presentation in this calendar, a whole view in the new anime opening-- suppose we're being foreshadowed? And Shanks is an odd choice; every other person on there is a clear villian or potential villian.
Arlong's tattoo has moved several inches up, and his gills have moved several inches down.

You can prolly find the issue of jump on ebay…amazon..or whatever.
Also..Shanks is a potential 'rival' right? I mean does anyone think he and Luffy will meet and NOT have a crew to crew battle?!XD
Luffy said EVERY strong pirate is a threat to his KINGhood, so Shanks(a legendary pirate) has to fall for him to reach his dream. -

lol, I just use photoshop. Filter>Extract. After that I just make a new layer and paint it the color of the page. (in rgb mode 38 38 38 in each slot)

Heh, jojo can't scan color correctly. The color is darker than the actual print.

That's unbelievably awesome. I really hope Toei updates Whitebeard and Flamingo to match their appearance here. And on that note, I think Kuma looks better in the anime.
