HLJ doesn't actually start sending out the items till the right around the last day of the month it says, usually the 30th or 31st.
i got a shipping notice from HLJ and i visited my account on the site and it says my luffy dbzxone piece figure has already gone out, so i think they ship all the time
also i just got a notice from hobby search that my chopperman figure is in stock
Well DX Luffy and Goku got in stock on HLJ few days ago, and on yesAsia they are still set as a "future realise".
Same goes for POPs.

restocks are just when the online company gets in new shipments after having run out. It's not Neo Mach 2 or anything XD (…unfortunately <_<)
It could also be a 2nd/3rd printing of the line as well. But no, they won't change the box or stickers if it's an actual restock. There might be a slightly different SKU or model number for purely manufacturing purposes.
I got some good news, my kid Nico Robin P.O.P. figure came in the mail, this past weekend. The bad news is that I won't get to touch it until Christmas. I got it off of Amazon.com for $24.95. Which isn't bad in my opinion.

Man, he looks so much worse than the picture on HLJ.com. That means that image HLJ has had up all this time was not of a commercial figure, but of a promotional one which is tons higher of quality.

I dunno. Play-Asia's photo quality seems to be REALLY good on capturing the quality of the DBZxOP figures. HLJ reupdated their photo of it too. Thank God I don't splurge on buying One Piece PVCs.
And at the price its at (ranging from $14-17 USD), I'm not surprised Luffy and/or Goku look like that. I honestly don't know what the hell they did with Luffy's face. A Goku-ish style makeover perhaps?

Yep, those fair pics are orgasmic in quality… That's something that always erks me. If they're gonna release these, please don't show us that they could look better, cause it only makes us want them less.
