Hmm all up I think I started collecting about August of last year? That was about when I really started collecting anime figures seriously, now I have way, way too many >_<' I'd been a fan of One Piece for about 2 or 3 years before that though :X
Of course by that time it was really difficult to get the first series of the PoP and even the third series. I think I managed to get a lot of them on restocks at hlj, thank god. But there were about 5 I had to buy from someone local here who charged about $15AU more for them. But, oh well, I got them all in the end XD!

This was a proto-type pattern, a smaller Pimpsopp pattern, so he has flaws, but he wasn't made to be man-handled anyway. I do not plan on using this pattern ever again.

ROFLMAO at Gunbunny's FS page: "Ao Kiji (Take 'im, he scares me)"– I have that one and I buried it in the bottom of a drawer where his lips cannot terrify me anymore. The Chopper from the series is downright adorable though. He stays on my desk.
I think I want an American figure, cos they're about the same size as the Usopp one I have now. Maybe I should wait for the promised second series and get an Arlong.

I love the Chopper from that series too! He's on my japanese PS2. I'm waiting to get Arlong from the second series as well, he would look great with my Arlong Book(a dayplanner/address book with a hand-drawn picture of Arlong on it.)

U.S. One Piece: Grand Battle for the GCN. I got this last year and played it again recently but the dub voices started to hurt my ears more then ever. I just really wanted to play as Crocodile and it was only $20.
Don't feel ashamed about American GB. I bought it too. 20 bucks, and I played it until I ran out of stuff to unlock, then traded it for 7.50 of store credit at the used bookshop.
