prediction: guybrush threepwood shows up and challanges Zoro to a duel of insult swordfighting. Zoro lose by disqualification after running guybrush through with the "i am rubber, you are glue." line, which breaks his promise to Luffy and prevents him to reach his goal to be the best swordsman.

Oda will eventually draw a character without a nose, as is the staple in many other anime/manga. However, when this happens, every other OP character in the area will be freaked out by his or her lack of nose.
