This is the Picture Request thread. Please make your requests clear and concise. Also take note that this thread only works when other people respond and help others find pictures. Kitankoro(sp) was great at doing that, but s/he doesn't seem to be around anymore.

I have no idea where to find posters or DVD covers, but i can probably find screen caps if the proper episode or chapter approximation is given. (i think i just found a website that has colorspreads at a better quality than that smoker site too.

Seriously? These are the kind of requests we need to avoid. Give us an idea of what you want. Be descriptive. Spelling out please and thank you is also more respectful and you want/receive help.

Caraccidential, if I'm not mistaken, it was included in the first issue of "Jump SQ", which premiered in Japan last Oct or Nov. One Piece chapters aren't in the publication (at least not in the issue I have), but it sometimes has postcards (or the amazing poster) that Oda has drawn. I really wish I could track down a better image of that poster. Here's the postcard that was included in the issue I have:

Note that the colours aren't necessary the official ones.

Yea i was thinking about hair…. but i'd HATE to do that.

I couldnt think of a crossbones idea before, but the takoyaki would work perfectly.

Im sad to say that if i do add the hair in i'm going to drop the tail(and that took me like an hour and a half to make)... :(

The Garp image from the Movie 10 preview? I really wish I could, Lobolover, but I haven't had a chance to see it yet. I've been away from the forums and One Piece altogether for over a month and am dreadfully behind in both the manga and anime (including all the news about Movies 9 and 10). Sorry…wish I could have helped you out.

Nope, i used Adobe illustrator. I'm not too sure if these flags can be made w/ photoshop, so i'm not even going to touch that. (though something tells me PS is worth that $1000 we paid for it somewhere)

it's not very hard to learn the basics of illustrator, just pick something you want to make, and find some tutorials on the internet to learn the basic skills.

I happened to learn some neat features while making this caimie one.
-like live paint groups :D(that's right i've been doing these without live paint groups)

To do something even close to this knowledge of the "pen tool" is key(so find tutorials on that). Photoshop has this tool and it works close to the same as it does in illustrator, but the illustrator version is just more easy to use.

I posted something else a while back that can provide some more insight on what these images look like while i'm working on them.

PS! regarding that black box you keep seeing on my screenshots. That's just a 4000x4000 pixel reference box :D It's not included when i export.
